Welcome to Sunsation—a gulf-front stunner in Secluded Dunes on Cape San Blas.

This 4BR, 4.5BA beach house sleeps 12 and brings the vacation vibes with a heated private pool, screened-in porch, and direct boardwalk to the sand.

Soak up panoramic Gulf views with coffee at sunrise or cocktails at golden hour. Inside, spread out in open living spaces, a bunk room for the kids, and a fully stocked kitchen made for memory-making.

Dogs are welcome, and there’s even an EV charger, fast Wi-Fi, and an outdoor shower for sandy paws and salty toes. Sunsation has an elevator that services each floor of the home.

Walk to the State Park, grill out under the stars, and breathe deep in one of the most peaceful, untouched corners of Florida. Whether you’re chasing sunsets, slow mornings, or just a little more connection, Sunsation delivers the magic.

** Please note this home only rents from Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break, Summer Peak Season and Fall Breaks **
** Pool may be heated upon request and $250 fee **
** Please note that there is a carriage house located in the front of the home. It is a private residence and has its own parking (please do not block) and beach access **

This is a beautiful house. Very clean. Every bedroom has a bathroom which was very convenient. Checking in was so easy. The host went above and beyond to accommodate us.

Perfect for our family

In walking distance to the state park. House was clean and beautiful. Western facing for beautiful sunset views. Pool was a must for us with the kids to get a break from the sand when needed. Definitely would come back!

Amazing!

We loved this house! The pictures really don’t do it justice. It’s one of the last houses before the state park and the views are incredible. We have been coming to CSB for 15 years and we all agreed this was our favorite home so far. Can’t wait to return!

Perfect Location and beautiful house

Perfect for our party of 8, plenty of sleeping spaces and bathrooms. The front porch swing was a beautiful spot to sit and read. We loved this area and the quietness. Kids loved the pool in the morning and ocean in the afternoon. All the beach toys they had were well enjoyed. Would definitely rrecommend this house.

This is by far my favorite house on the cape. We had an amazing time over Christmas! The view is perfect and there are beach chairs and toys- super convenient. We’ll be back!

Perfect Spot: Ideal Beach Location, Heated Pool & Fishing Gem

Our stay at this Gulf Front property exceeded all expectations! The beachfront location was absolutely perfect, offering the most spectacular sunset views right from our balcony every evening and all day surf fishing. The newly added heated pool was a fantastic feature that our whole family enjoyed, especially when we wanted a break from the sand.The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location provided easy access to local restaurants and activities while still feeling private and peaceful.Would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a memorable beach getaway, and we're already planning our return visit for next year!
