We offer this charming 46 m² apartment for rent in Rennes, which can accommodate up to 2 people, on the second floor of a small residence in the Saint Hélier district, in a quiet street.
It comprises an attractive 21 m² living room, an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom (with shower) and a separate toilet. West-facing, all living areas open onto the balcony via French windows.
The apartment is composed as follows
- 21 m² living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, hob, etc.
- A bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
Outside :
- A balcony to enjoy the sunny days (10m² west-facing equipped with 2 armchairs and a coffee table)
The apartment is ideally located in Rennes, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
Carrefour City open 7/7 from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., a 10-minute walk from all the quality shops on rue Saint Helier: Poissonnerie, Boucherie, Boulangerie Maison Coupel, Primeur, Fromagerie, Cave à Vin, Fleuriste...
