The backyard’s size & orientation allows for maximum sun exposure and has a cabana with misters. The house is located two miles from the heart of downtown Palm Springs but is so great that you may never want to leave!

Other amenities include: washer & dryer, Nespresso machine & pods, hairdryer, iron/ironing board, twin-size air mattress/bedding, air pump, toiletries, bath & beach towels and two yoga mats. Victoria Park is within walking distance.

Please note that this is not a party house and the city of Palm Springs maintains strict noise regulations. Also, Palm Springs is located in the Sonoran Desert and extreme heat and winds are possible.

We allow up to two dogs <50lbs for $100 fee. Also, the pool can be heated for $100/day.

Please note: there is a Ring camera in the carport and a Ring doorbell on the front door which sees the pool
