Immerse yourself in Arizona’s outdoor lifestyle while also enjoying all of the comforts of this home at this quiet vacation rental, located just minutes from Lake Havasu hot spots! This Lake Havasu Vacation Rental has gorgeous Lake views! This home features three Bedrooms, Two Bathrooms, and sleeps six. This home is fully furnished and offers 1GB of high-speed internet. There is plenty of parking space for boats, ATVs, Sea-Doos, trailers, and more. This home was designed with comfort in mind. We kept the home open and clean for our guests to enjoy. Two of the bedrooms offer queen beds, and the master bedroom has a King bed. We are providing cable and high-speed internet to make your stay entertaining as well as keeping you online if needed.

Sunset Paradise

Lovely sunsets, hummingbirds, quales along with dark night sky viewing of stars and planets makes this a great choice. Hosts respond quickly to any questions. House is very comfortable for a relaxing time indoors and outdoors.

Great location

House was as described it was nice and clean . It was easy to get ahold of owners ! Very nice neighborhood close to restaurants and grocery stores . Would definitely stay again .

Lots of space and a huge driveway

Your house worked out great for our group. The open spaces made it very easy to move around. Letting me use the garage was a super game changer. Extra thank you for allowing this. Very nice house.

Nice long driveway perfect for the boat and truck, clean house with lots of room for you and guests. Nice outside patio with a good view just don’t pee off the back porch 😂

Super clean, spacious, and excellent location!

We had an excellent stay in this Lake Havasu home. It is beautiful and very spacious which made it easy for my 15-month-old and older kiddos to stretch their legs. It was immaculate and clean and very comfortable. The location was especially convenient as we were going back-and-forth between Parker and Lake Havasu. Will definitely be rebooking in the future!

Quiet neighborhood with a good distant view of the lake and watching the sunset over the mountains was beautiful and therapeutic. In all the years of traveling I have never experienced where no coffee or tea was provided and the owner said that’s because people don’t drink it so he stopped providing it. When you are in the hospitality business, the simple gesture of providing coffee or tea for your guests should be of primary importance. the patio had dried up leaves all over it that we had to walk on even though no winds and that patio is a main gathering place in the evening to enjoy the beautiful sunsets.

Loved staying here!

This property is delightful. Upon entering the property I was very pleased to see how clean and organized it was. It is warmly decorated, open concept and well laid out. The host was very easy to communicate with and responded almost immediately to any questions I had. It is well stocked/supplied with all you would need or want. The young woman taking care of this property is caring and extremely diligent in her efforts to make sure it is clean and well taken care of. The neighborhood is very quiet. We very much enjoyed the outside patio and the views were amazing. Having the use of the garage was a bonus!! And did I mention it has a water softener. And in the kitchen a reverse osmosis spout for drinking water (no buying water). Will definitely book when back in this area. Thank you for a very relaxing and carefree time in your property.

Havasu Holiday Weekend

This is a nice house in a convenient location on Southside not far from Riviera launch ramp and in a good neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay during the busy holiday weekend.

In a word ‘GREAT’!

We truly enjoyed our stay!! The home was as expected, fit our needs and loved the beautiful sunsets from the large patio!! Located in a friendly neighborhood, with a grocery store only a couple of miles away. The owners were quick to reply and were helpful in coordinating with our travel plans. We already have a reservation for next year!!!!

Nice place

This was a really clean cute home about 5-10 minutes from Lake Havasu. The owners were readily available through VRBO to answer any questions. There were a few items that need a little bit of TLC. The patio door didn't lock well, but we figured out a trick to make it work and there was a "rule" to not put the AC below 75 which made it difficult to sleep at night (especially the first night as it was originally set for 83). When the temps were above 100, it did not seem realistic to keep the AC only 20 degrees below the temp outside (according to the rules of the home). The amenities were great with all the essentials. Overall I would give this 4-stars! My only suggestion would be to set the AC temp at 80 on the day your guests arrive as the home did not cool down much by the time we went to bed. A note stated the AC would freeze up if we went below 75 and that the renter would be responsible for the charges to fix. I feel like this means the AC unit needs to be fixed or replaced as renters want to feel comfortable at the temperature they desire.

This amazing home is located on a corner lot and sits on a hill, making it very private. The views of the lake are awesome! We did our best to furnish this home and add as many amenities to make our stay and our guest's stay feel like it's home.

The views of the lake, and the privacy of this home are what made us fall in love with this place. We also did our best to make this home feel warm and cozy for our guests. Everything we have done to this place is to our standards of comfort, and believe me when I tell you, our standards are high. We have did not cut corners when it comes to comfortable sleeping. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, as I have trouble sleeping when things arent perfect, so with that in mind, we purchased comfortable beds and pillows. We have fans to keep you cool and for white noise, if need, because that's what I need to sleep. We have designed this home for your and our comfort, so if you have any suggestions, I would love to hear how we can improve your stay.
