Great

The only thing I wasn’t sure about was the wall to the left as you walk in looks oddly wavy. And the random doors that are locked. Not sure but it’ll stay again soon. Pretty nice place close to the beach

Perfect location near the beach

Really enjoyed my stay in this cute beach house. It was so close to the beach entrance. Walk out the door, cross the street and you are right there. It was perfect! Location was near restaurants too. Very clean place! The only issue we had was the front door had a hard time locking, so you may need to check the batteries.

Location is s great

Very nice stay if your looking for the beach it’s literally 5 minute walk , very quiet area plenty of chairs and umbrellas for the beach , house was clean no issues - my only suggestion i have is bath towels a bit on the thin side home owner just a suggestion to get some new ones otherwise it’s a nice place to get away for a weekend to the beach - was a very nice weekend

Great spot to be!

The place is very comfortable and super close to restaurants and the beach. There is a bike rental less than a mile away, and you won’t need to use your car. The house offers beach accessories! The location is very well taken care of and quiet.

Nice vacation 😊

We enjoyed our stay, great location, right across the street from the 21st Ave beach access which was not too crowded. The house is old but remodeled with ample space for 3 of us and our small dog. The kitchen could use a few items, blender and storage containers but was adequate for cooking daily. The only things that were different than the listing states is that there is not a washer and dryer. I think there used to be and maybe was an over site on the listing. And water view was checked on the VRBO listing, which there is none but it is a short walk to the beach and the bay. While walking our dog, we enjoyed the small public park that overlooks the bay. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

First time stay in IRB

It was a great location and the people we spoke with were very nice. We did check ahead of time to o see if they have umbrellas and beach chairs. We went ahead and brought some of our own which was a good thing. We did not have any umbrellas for us to use but they did make a call and had a cheap one from the store brought over but it didn’t work very well at all. They did try to make it better but I believe the neighbors took ours cause they all had nice umbrellas which we ended up being able to use for the last few hours of the day. Not having a washer and dryer was a little bit of an issue it we knew that going into the stay. I would like to say there is only one mirror which is in the hall and the big mirror in the bathroom. Staying with women they all needed their own mirror which could be put in each bedroom which would have helped a lot. Maybe an idea for down the road since they are still doing renovations. All in all for the price and location it was a great stay and would go back just planning for the issues ahead of time.

Quick beach trip.

My mom and I decided to make a quick trip to our favorite beach and stay overnight. We love the French bakery right dow the road and all the beaches in Indian Rock. This location was great for utilizing both. The house was as pictured. The two rooms worked perfectly for us. My parents had one room and my kids and I had the other. Unfortunately my husband had to work, but there definitely would have been room for us all of us if he came, so we’ll definitely keep this rental in mind for the future. We had zero problems or issues. I will say I’m new to VRBO. (This is my first time using it) and I didn’t realize that check-in information would only be sent via message on the app. I booked online and received a welcome email from the rental company that thanked me for booking, but that was it. The day before we arrived I still hadn’t gotten a check-in instructions email, so I emailed, then downloaded the app. It was all there and I felt silly for not knowing. The rental company responded very quickly and were helpful. Other than that, I’d say having the house number somewhere on the unit would be super helpful. All the other units have numbers but the main house we stayed in didn’t and we were concerned that we weren’t at the right place. We tried the door code after knocking and it worked so it was a big deal but would have been nice — we’d already messaged on the app just in case and they messaged back as well as called. So they were very responsive. Overall 5 stars

Get Away Weekend

Arrived on Friday afternoon. Check in was easy. Residence was as advertised and extremely clean. 1/2 block walk to the beach, especially for sunset. Beach chairs, towels, and cooler were provided. 2 block walk from restaurants and bars. Location was perfect. Quiet location. Had a great time. Perfect place to relax.

Great Location!

Some relatively minor issues but the location made up for them. For the price (minus all the extra vrbo charges), it is a fun place to go to a very nice beach!

Great Family House

The house size and location were great. We could get to and from the beach in a matter of minutes. The kitchen did lack some oven pans and cookware. Also families with young children like mine the washer and dryer are only available for those staying 8 or more days. Overall it was a great stay and location. If traveling back to the area we will definitely consider this house again.

Nice rental

We only stayed for one week but would have been very comfortable staying longer in this large rental. Plenty of space in all of the rooms. I have never stayed in this area so it would have been nice to have some information available or directions to the nearest visitor center. I didn't find out there was a trollley stopping on the main road until it was time to leave. No worries though as we just used Google Maps to find the nature preserves in the area. For those who are not used to using a keyless entry pad, here is the scoop. Press the Yale button and it will light up the numbers. Enter the code and then hit the check mark. It took us awhile to figure out because of the bright sunshine and the fact that the numbers are scratched off. So glad I didn't have to call for those directions!! Also, the listing says laundry available but you need to let the manager know what night you want to use the machines so they can leave the locked door open for you. Cannot do laundry during the day. Very quick response whenever I had a question. Short walk to the beach and a few restaurants. Went to Coco Crush a few blocks away and had great meals.

What it lacks the management makes up 10 fold

What a great location!! You really couldn’t have a better place for a beach vacation. We had everything we could need for a great stay. Let me offer a couple suggestions that would make it even better: -new shower curtain, one that isn’t split and allows water to get all over the floor -more spices… even if it’s just salt and pepper -while overall the safety factor is high, I felt uneasy about the laundry/storage area being open for anyone to access -better floor cleaning.. my 4yo feet were black most of the time, subsequently making the tub nasty (sorry!) Now onto the accolades… Bruce!! If only every VRBO host was as responsive and helpful as him. The beach was eroded and the city is currently rebuilding it. That means the closest beach access to us on 21st is 23rd or 18th. I had no clue about this and that was a bummer but Bruce heard me out and said he’d try to find more info on when it’ll be done. I subsequently found out it’ll be a 60 day project, putting it done end of December. We discovered all the chairs available to us were broke and Bruce had 5 new chairs and a new umbrella delivered by the next morning. The TV glitched and I couldn’t figure it out and he sent over his guy to look at it and fix it on a Sunday morning. It makes the difference. Thank you Bruce! IRB was a dream. Until next time!

Great spot near the beach

My family of 7 had an amazing time at this spot. Spacious, full of light, cozy. The beds and furniture in general were very comfy. We found everything we needed. A couple of things weren’t working (one of the sinks was clogged and the washer didn’t work), but besides that it was a very nice place to stay at. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. And we were just a block away from the beach, that was nice, clean and quiet too. Thanks to Bruce, who rapidly answered to all my questions before and during our stay. We hope to come back soon.

Beautiful property amazing location....

This was a great stay! Location is everything, and this is located right next to the beach, and many restaurants in walking distance! Clear water is a short drive away as well as honeymoon island! I would highly recommend this property!

Volleyball tournament

Perfect spot for a family big or small, close to the beach, close to our volleyball tournament and close enough to clearwater each if you want to go. I personally love IRB because it's quieter:)

Beach Getaway!

Loved how close this property was to the beach! There were even some boogie boards and other beach items to enjoy. The extra bed was nice with two teens. The home is an eclectic mix of modern and original. Felt like we had everything we needed in this place for our beach getaway!

Poop in the tub!

We woke up on our first full day in the house to find the sewer backed up into the tub. Poop water!! Property manager is not great about responding to all messages…some but not all. Had to walk to the gas station twice for toilet paper because the manager wouldn’t respond to our request on the app. It was close to the beach. Beds weren’t great, needs new toaster and coffee maker! It wasn’t horrible but we won’t stay in this house again.
