Near Uptown, NoDa & Plaza Midwood - 3 Queen Beds

Casa Chipley is an easy home base for a Charlotte weekend, concert, game, or work trip. It sleeps up to six, with one queen bed in each bedroom. There’s one full bathroom, plus a downstairs half bath with a toilet and sink. You’ll also have 500 Mbps Wi‑Fi, a desk, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, free parking, keypad entry, Apple TV, and a private patio. Bojangles Coliseum and Ovens Auditorium are a short walk away; Plaza Midwood, NoDa, South End, and Uptown are close by.

The kitchen has cookware and a coffee maker. The 55-inch TV has Apple TV, and fresh linens and towels are provided. You’ll have private access to the entire home, patio, and in-unit laundry.

Your stay is private and self-guided with keypad entry. I won’t interrupt, but I’m easy to reach through Vrbo if you need anything. I’m happy to help with the home or local recommendations and will respond as quickly as I can.

Perfect!

This property was perfect for our visit. We were touring all of the neighborhoods in Charlotte looking for a home for our son and his girlfriend. The location was perfect for our needs and Desmond was extremely helpful with tips of where they should look!

The location to the Ovens Arena was perfect!

Close to everything you need. If it's not within walking distance it's only a short drive. The unit was very clean and well maintained. Desmond was very responsive to any questions I had and actually reached out to me prior to our arrival.

Nice and Affordable

All rooms and kitchen were clean, and there was plenty to do with games that were left for guest, so that's a plus too.

Convenient Location

We made a weekend visit to Charlotte to visit the Whitewater Center and Discovery Place. This location was central to all of our activities and a quick drive to great eateries. The house was clean and had nice touches to make it feel homey. We enjoyed playing the games available as well. Would definitely stay again!

I like this part of Charlotte because it’s close to a lot without feeling like you’re in the middle of everything. You can walk to Bojangles Coliseum and Ovens Auditorium, and Plaza Midwood, NoDa, South End, and Uptown are a short drive away.

Each of the three bedrooms has a queen bed, so six people can sleep comfortably without using a sofa bed. The house also has a desk, fast Wi-Fi, full kitchen, washer and dryer, free parking, keypad entry, Apple TV, and a private patio.
