Chalet comprising 2 gîtes (can be grouped together for a total rental of the chalet for 14 people). Gîte on the ground floor (access by an internal staircase descending on 3 levels from the courtyard / house on the side of the slope): living room-kitchen-lounge, Wifi, shared washing machine + dryer (laundry room common to the 2 gîtes ), 3 bedrooms (1 double bed / 1 double bed, 2 single bunk beds / 1 double bed, 2 single bunk beds), 2 bathrooms (walk-in showers), 2 separate WCs. Private garden. Common sauna. Common garage only for skis and bicycles. Plan of water equipped and supervised at 4 km. Brides les Bains thermal baths 11 km. 400m away, relaxation area (spa, sauna, hammam) and covered and heated swimming pool in summer and winter. Contemporary style chalet located 400m from the swimming pool & leisure center. Quiet residential hamlet bordering the heart of the resort-village. At the gates of the Vanoise National Park. South facing hillside. Very good comfort. Warm mountain character. Very cozy. Very charming. Pleasant private landscaped garden. Near shops and services. Superb panorama on the massif. Wonderful landscape. Charming chalet with sauna nestled in the heart of the renowned Tarentaise Valley, at the gateway to the Vanoise National Park. This charming village resort is located very close to the world-famous resorts of Courchevel and Méribel. Just 6 km from the stunning protected natural site of Champagny-le-Haut, bordering Italy. Ideal for exploring the surrounding mountain ranges and areas on foot or by bike (including the "Tour des Glaciers de la Vanoise," connected to the famous GR5 long-distance hiking trail). Numerous legendary mountain passes are nearby! A wide range of sports and leisure activities are available on-site, including a swimming pool and leisure center 400m away. The supervised lake at Bozel is 4 km away. The Brides-les-Bains thermal baths are 11 km away. All amenities are available locally (shops and services). The two cottages of the chalet can be rented together (along with cottage no. 71250) for a total capacity of 15 people! Ideal for a sporty or "nature & rejuvenation" stay, ultra-cozy for families or groups!
