At the heart of the condo is the full kitchen, all set up for you with a French door refrigerator and a unique tile backsplash. The entire condo features central air conditioning, as well as a private washer/dryer to keep things convenient. Every bedroom features a ceiling fan for customized comfort. But no matter where you decide to sleep, each guest of this condo can enjoy access to the shared community outdoor pool, gas grill, and fitness center. Fun comes easy when you're this close to the beach!

Awesome unit! Highly recommend

We really enjoyed our stay! The room layout was perfect for the kids to have their own space upstairs, while the adults were on the main floor. Loved the bonus sitting area as well. Great location, convenient to beach, restaurants and shopping.

Quick birthday getaway

Awesome spot!

Loved this little gem in Blue Mountain Beach. Great location for dining and beach access. Plenty of room and enjoyed the YouTube tv set up for sports watching. Very close to the trails too for running and riding bikes.

Loved the location! Beach access wasn’t hard to get to. There were a few roaches in kitchen, but never seen anymore. There were times that a cold shower was taken.

Summer vacay

Family of 5 with adult kids had ample room. The place is within a short walk of two great restaurants (Thai and Italian), coffee and two ice cream stores! The beach is a short drive but there are so man6 wonderful beaches on the area to explore. Consider Alys Beach, it’s so unique. There were a couple of issues when we first arrived, which I communicated via text and received an immediate response. I look forward to visiting the area again and would stay here.

Large family rental

This is a great place if you have a large family or group. Beautifully decorated townhouse with lots of sleeping, casual seating and dinning areas. Very close to the beach, only 2 minute drive to Blue Mountain public access beach. About 15-20 drive to popular Destin restaurants and activities. They provide lots of towels clean linens. Bring your own laundry soap, dishwasher soap, and shampoos and conditioners. The little they provide isn’t enough. Be aware you might find live cockroaches and when you reach out to Vacasa they won’t be any help.

Total Disappointment and Filth

Truly would be a very long list of things that would frustrate anyone who is on a once a year vacay with distant family. I want to be done with this place and don’t want to waste any more of my brain space on this condo. Never with this company again!

No Night Swimming!!

the pool closes at 7:15 so this was a huge disappointment to us!! We had teenagers and a 10 year old and this was a let down!! Roaches were seen a couple times in master bedroom! 3 flights of stairs!!!

Fantastic Condo, Horrible Property Management

We absolutely loved the condo and the location—it was perfect for our trip. However, the Property Management company, Vacasa, made the experience frustrating and unnecessarily stressful. The condo owner should seriously reconsider their management choice. We had issues with the Wi-Fi network name and password provided—it was incorrect. Reliable Wi-Fi was crucial for us since the local AT&T tower was down, leaving us without cell service, and we needed to work and stay in touch with family. Despite contacting Vacasa through every available channel—phone numbers, the VRBO platform, and even their app—we were met with bots, automated replies, and unhelpful responses. It took over two days to get any meaningful communication, and even then, it was evident that not only were the representatives not local, their English was subpar and they couldn’t assist effectively. Out of sheer necessity, I tracked down the owner through public records, and they immediately responded with the correct Wi-Fi information. This entire ordeal could have been avoided if Vacasa had provided accurate details in the first place or addressed our concerns promptly. Their poor management not only left us stressed but also reflects poorly on an otherwise great property. As a VRBO owner myself, I know how important it is to respond quickly and ensure everything is in top condition.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo for a quick family trip!! It was plenty of room for our family of 5. The beds were super comfortable and we could’ve easily slept 9-10 people. It is beautifully decorated and had all the amenities of home. Would definitely stay here again! We loved it!

Cozy little vacation home

We just spent a week in Santa Rosa Beach and stayed in this little house. We picked this property because it came up when we searched for beachfront properties, but this is not a beachfront property and does not have access to the beach, FYI. However, the house was clean, it had everything we needed for the week, gave us absolutely no issues, and was fun to relax and hang out in. The home is in a gated community which was beautiful and seemed very peaceful and safe. Parking was no problem, and the walk from parking to the front door was under a minute. The keyless door allowed us to enter without having to swap keys between the 2 families. The balcony overlooked the pool which was nice because the adults could sit on the balcony and watch the teens swim down below. The pool is gated and requires a key card to access so people can't just come and go. The ice cream shop at the entrance to the community was so nice. We often walked to the shop to get ice cream after a long day at the beach. Overall, this was a cozy place to stay and I have no complaints about the property itself. I was just really disappointed that we had no beach access and the few public beach accesses they have on 30A were always jam packed. Check out the state park though. It was quite peaceful at the park and a tram brings you to and from the beach. I'd definitely stay here again. Thank you to the owners.

Beautiful Condo

This roomy condo has all of the amenities that you would need, including a washer and dryer. The only negative is having to drive to a beach access either by car or golf cart. The actual condo is great though, plenty of room for 8+ people.

Family friendly stay

Great stay over July 4th (2 adults + 4 kids)

We have been coming to this area for almost 9 years now, & love the Blue Mountain Beach area. This condo is in a great location, had plenty of amenities, was clean, tastefully decorated, & the check in/check out process was easy & very simple. It is in an easy bike ride to the Blue Mountain Creamery & public beach access. Condo is within a few minutes drive of the beach (parking may be difficult, but you can find it). It is too long of a distance to walk especially toting all our beach stuff. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a centrally located area to stay. Condo parking is a shared lot directly out the front door, community pool is visible from the balcony of this condo, there are plenty of food options closeby, numerous beaches nearby, & a short 20 min. drive into the city of Destin. Thank you, we had a blast!

Perfect gem in Blue Mountain Beach

Finding this condo was the answer to a long search for the best location for our girls' weekend. Vacasa was very easy to work with to book the location and provided the exact information needed when preparing for the trip, how to enter the condo, pool, and gym, and how to leave the condo when we were done. The location is a safe and scenic mile away from public beach access. You can drive there in about 2 minutes or take a 15 minute walk there. There are several amazing restaurants within walking distance, so this location is great. Parking is ample with your designated 2 spots and a nearby overflow lot. This condo has a pool and gym view, so it is all very close. The condo itself is roomy with plenty of seating and plenty of space for 8 to sleep. There are spacious closets all over the place. They have a TV in all the rooms with YouTubeTV available. During our stay, the AC went out, but within 30 minutes of calling the office, we had maintenance there fixing it. I have never dealt with a booking office that was so attentive and friendly. When booking in the future, I'll remember Vacasa and the quality of service they provide.

Great Vacation Rental

My family and I had a great stay in this spacious rental property. The unit was well kept, clean, and in a great location! We enjoyed the community pool and its close proximity. The beach access is also very close by and just a quick drive with spaces to park. We enjoyed the ice cream shop and restaurants nearby too!
