Village of Blue Mountain is a gated community with a large, beautiful pool with plenty of space for relaxing, a fitness center, community grilling area, shuffleboard courts, putting green (with balls and clubs provided) and bocce ball.
Enjoy the beautiful Beaches of South Walton in this ground level, 2-bedroom 2 bathroom condo. Professionally decorated with upscale furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room furniture, a washer/dryer and relaxing patio perfect place to enjoy a cup coffee! Featuring a king size bed in the Primary bedroom, the 2nd bedroom with queen bed plus a desk and chair, great place to work remotely! The living room provides a comfortable pull-out sofa sleeper when needed. Clean, Chic, and decorated with our guests in mind. This condo is well appointed with beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach bags, coolers, and even a Bocce ball game. This is the perfect vacation rental for fun in the sun, just pack the sunscreen and enjoy!
Blue Mountain Beach public Beach Access is a 3-minute drive where there's free parking or a 15-minute walk, this access provides showers, and restrooms. Conveniently located at the entrance to The Village is Mimmos, Coffee Shop at 30A, Ice Cream Shoppe at 30A, as well as plenty of other nearby places offering live music and great food such as Red Fish Taco, Local Catch and Growlers Garage just to name a few.
Connecting all the beach communities along the Scenic 30-A corridor is an 18-mile bike path that carries nature enthusiasts past Old Florida with protected wetlands, State Parks, nature trails and the Coastal Dune Lakes that are geographically unique to our area. If you don't have a bike there are nearby rental shops like Big Daddy's Bike Shop which is within walking distance of this condo, and they even deliver to your front door!

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

Property rules state: Golf cart parking spots need to be rented from the HOA in advance of arrival. No RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off-site parking if you are bringing a trailer, commercial vehicle or RV.

Stay away!!!

I would not recommend this condo. The condo above us people kept us awake every night sounded like they were bowling or moving furniture very loud. My brother wouldn't let me go up there n tell them how loud they were.Will not stay there again!!!!

Lovely Place!

We typically stay downtown Grayton Beach so this was a change for us. We loved it! The condo was easy to access, close to all our favorite things, and clean & tidy. Thank you for the great time!

Exploring Santa Rosa Beach

We had a relaxing time and fun walking the beach to the Red Bar for lunch and back. Blue Mountain Coffee had great breakfasts and baked goods.We struggled with the internet connection the evening we checked in which was unfortunate because of plans to watch the 1st round of the NCAA tournament with friends. We understand this was not the owners problem; it was construction damage of a fiber cable.Owners were very responsive to all requests for assistance! An absolutely darling beach -themed place to stay: very clean, well-stocked and comfortable.

The condo is in a quiet neighborhood. My family and I enjoyed our time here, the area was clean and not that far of a drive from the public beaches or Grayton Beach State Park.

Great location!

This condo was great for the four of us + one baby. It was walkable to lots of restaurants, coffee, and paved paths and a short 5 min drive to the public parking at the beach. The condo itself was a little smaller than photos make it look but perfect for our group. It had everything we needed for our long weekend stay.

Comfortable stay

Unit was the perfect size for my wife and I. It was clean and comfortable. Only issue is distance to the beach and access to the beach. To far to walk and parking for public beach access is very limited in the area.

Great Place

We loved the place! Clean had everything you need! We will not be coming back to 30A because of how crowded it was. 2 hour wait for restaurants. But if you wanna cook at the condo this is the place for you!!

Who knew Santa Rosa is the perfect getway!? Our week was not long enough. Everything about the condo was exactly as explained online. The pool, beach, and communtiy in Blue Mountain Beach was great. We will consider coming here again.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at his property. It was close to the beach and had all of the stuff we needed for the beach in the condo! We did have a couple issues with the condo, but maintenance fixed them right away. The cable wasn't working and we finally got that working but not until the end of our trip due to he fact that the company couldn't come.oit and service. That was a bummer but everything else was great! Would go back in a heartbeat!

Warm and cozy

Nice place to stay. Decoration makes you feel that the beach is right next to the window. You have everything there, beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and even big beach bags to bring your stuff to the beach. Oh also coolers. In the kitchen you have everything you’ll invade you want to cook. The only thing is that it does not have a dining table, but chairs and countertop are enough. It is a safe place to stay and close to the beach!!! It has an pretty close Organic grocery store, as well as bike rentals, nice bakery, and the best ice cream shop of 30A. I had to reach out the manager of the place for sport activities and her help was outstanding!!!
