30 SECONDS TO BEACH: OCEAN VIEWS:HEAR THE SURF: THAT CLOSE: GREAT BEACH ACCESS

Stay on the Beachside of Atlantic Ave at Wells Beach. The convenience of beach access with this home is remarkable. The square footage of our home is about 725, but the whole small house is yours . Three upstairs bedrooms and 1 upstairs bathroom with Marsh views and even a little bedroom ocean view as well. If you are looking for super beach access and a small house that is all yours for your week, than this is it. Out your front door, along the right side of the beach house and onto the beach! Could not be easier beach access. Easy in and out parking for two mid sized cars alongside Atlantic Ave and right next to the house. (All stays contingent on receipt of signed rental agreement)

David was communicative the entire stay and checked in on us to make sure everything was satisfactory. The house was extremely clean, easily accessible to the beach, and had fun amenities such a board games and beach toys. I recommend this sweet place for anyone with a family, and look forward to coming back.

The house was clean and kitchen well stocked. The house is small but we had 4 adults and 2 kids stay a week and it was workable. We loved just sitting on the porch enjoying coffee in the morning, Thanks for a great vacation Elaine & Joe

We are second time renters w/ David & Rebecca, first time at this location. Both locations we have stayed at I always appreciate the details- fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and furniture, lovely decor. The house was nicely updated but still had some of its older charm. We loved the porch- a nice place to see the ocean or watch the cars go by while enjoying the marsh view.We couldn’t have asked for a better place or a better stay, I highly recommend this adorable home by the sea!

Great Spot

Great little spot on Wells Beach and a super convenient location to bop around the neighboring towns or take a longer drive up to Portland. The cabin was as described in the listing and could not be more perfect for a getaway. David is super attentive and a gracious host.

Our family has been coming to Wells for the last 15-20 years. We have stayed in all the hotels, motels and condo's along Route 1. Every morning was the same routine - Pack the car being careful not to forget anything (as we would be a 10 minute drive - with traffic - away from our lodging). The next step was hoping we would find parking and finally trudging to the beach with all our gear on our backs. One year, we decided we would start treating ourselves to staying right by the beach. It was the best vacation decision we ever made. No more stress.....on vacation. Nothing beats staying right by the beach. The convenience is remarkable. As this home was recently purchased (4/13/2021) there are not yet any VRBO reviews. My family and I do own another VRBO home (3912788) that has over 30 reviews and can serve as a testament to our commitment to providing a good lodging experience for our guests. Thanks for choosing to stay at our home

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

No trolleys, No fighting for parking, No trudging around with gear and kids in tow, No crossing busy streets to get to the beach and no public bathroom escapades. Open the door of your own whole vacation home and walk up the side of the of the beach house property and your on the beach. Access is amazing! House is 725 Square feet, but it is all yours. Outside space is limited directly around this home - so maximize your time on the beach and eating out at the great restaurants in Wells!! Beachside vacationing!!

この宿泊施設の特徴

Cook your own meals, park your car right next to the house with super easy access to Atlantic Avenue. A great location for beach access.
