⛵ Lighthouse on the Bay "formerly known as Phoenix on the Bay II" is a boaters dream! Boat slips available to rent (subject to availability and charges apply).
🐶 This is a Pet Friendly Unit but THERE ARE FEES THAT APPLY WHEN CHECKING IN:
🔹 Non Refundable Fee of $150.00 / per dog / maximum 2 allowed.
🔹 Refundable $100 Pet Deposit for guest pet leash per pet (Deposit is refunded when the leash is returned).
🔹 This condo is dog-friendly, but unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cats.
🔹 Restricted Breeds: Chows, Rottweilers, Dobermans, Pitbull's, Huskies, German Shepard's, and Ankita's (Unless they are a vested and certified handicap canine).
🔹 Must present proof of current rabies vaccination and flea and tick prevention.
🔹 An agent will be at the front desk between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
🔹 If you arrive after 5:00 PM, please call the number at the security desk and security will come to issue the parking passes.
🔹 If you plan to depart prior to 9:00 you may return any pet leashes the night prior to departure.
🚗 Parking passes are $55.00 per vehicle per stay up to 30 days. Price subjected to change without notice.

👑 The king-sized primary bedroom with direct balcony access features a spa-like ensuite bathroom with double sinks, a jetted tub, and a spacious walk-in shower with dual showerheads.
👥 Two additional guest suites offer plush beds: one suite with 1 King-size bed, the other suite with 2 Full-size bed. Both with ensuite bathrooms with shower/tub combo, and private balcony access.
🌅 The open-concept living area boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, showcasing breathtaking views of the bay and pool. Plenty of comfortable seating allows everyone to gather and enjoy the company.
🍴 The dedicated dining area features a table for 6, complemented by an additional 4 seats at the bar, perfect for social meals.
🍳 Prepare delicious meals in the fully-stocked kitchen, equipped with everything you need to whip up your favorite dishes.
🥃 A wet bar with an ice machine adds convenience for entertaining.
🛁 A half bath is conveniently located in the hallway
🧼 A laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer adds practicality.
🧊 An additional ice machine is readily available in the building's lobby.
➕ Need additional space? We also manage Unit 2206, a 2-bedroom unit conveniently located on the same floor.

🔞 You must be 25 years of age to book condo. ID must match name on rental agreement.
📝 Rental agreement must be signed upon booking this property.
🧺 Condo comes with basic essentials such as linens, bath towels, hand towels, hair dryer, etc.
🧴 The following STARTER SUPPLIES are provided:
🔹 One roll of toilet paper for each restroom
🔹 Bar of soap per bathroom
🔹 One travel sized shampoo per bathroom
🔹 One travel sized conditioner per bathroom
🔹 Make-up removers per bathroom
🔹 Single sized dish liquid
🔹 Single sized dish washing detergent pack
🔹 Single use laundry washing detergent
🔹 Two large trash bags
🔹 Small trash bag for each bathroom
🔹 Roll of Paper towels
❌ We DO NOT provide maid service or restock linens during your stay.
🧳 We recommend that you bring your own beach towels, sunscreen, etc. with you or you can purchase these items from one of the many local grocery stores upon arrival.
