Luxury Beachfront Condo - Direct Panoramic Gulf Views and Pets Considered!

3-bedroom 3 bath beach front unit with an expansive balcony with gulf views. Casual, coastal, and comfortable describe this fabulously furnished 3 BR unit on the 9th floor of the BYC’s A Tower. The condo is oceanfront with panoramic views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico, and includes the following:
Living area: The living area is spacious and beautifully decorated with original artwork, a sofa and love seat, a large, upholstered chair and ottoman, a comfy swivel chair, two side tables, lamps, a coffee table and ceiling fan. It also has a brand-new flat screen TV, complimentary cable TV and custom drapes throughout!

Kitchen/Dining area: The airy kitchen has granite countertops with a mosaic stone backsplash. It comes stocked with plenty of plates, glasses, cups, silverware, utensils, pots and pans, crockpot, toaster, blender, dishwasher, microwave, electric cooktop, stove and icemaker. The spacious dining area features a glass top dining table with 6 chairs, great for entertaining!

Bedrooms: All the bedrooms come with black out curtains so you can get a great night’s rest. Each bedroom has a balcony, ceiling fan, closet and its own bathroom.

Master Bedroom: King bed, two nightstands and lamps, a large closet, a desk and a flat screen TV. The large Master bathroom has a sink, large Jacuzzi tub, as well as a separate shower. The Master also has a full vanity area with sink set apart from the Master bathroom.

Queen Bedroom: Queen bed, two nightstands with lamps, a dresser and a flat screen TV.


Twin Bedroom:Two twin beds, one night stand with a lamp, a dresser and a flat screen TV.

Balconies: The unit has a large oceanfront balcony accessible from the living room and master bedroom. The beachside balcony features a large bar height table, six chairs, and two recliners. There is private balcony which is accessible from the Queen and Twin bedrooms. It has a fantastic view of Ole River, Ono Island and the Bay.

Washer/Dryer: There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your exclusive use.

Parking: Your rental includes a reserved covered parking spot near Tower A’s entrance. In addition, there is open parking in the complex’s lot for more vehicles.


WiFi is included throughout the unit.

The unit is non-smoking.

Pets are gladly considered.

Pet friendly on a case by case basis with owner approval

What a great property and host! Condo has everything you need for a beach vacation: chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, towels. Kitchen is really well stocked and entire unit is clean and comfortable. We will be back!

Perfect condo

Another Great Vacation!

This is our second stay at this condo and it does not disappoint. It’s perfectly located, very well kept and stocked, spacious and comfortable. The balcony is huge with gorgeous views. We look forward to another visit!

Great Vacation Spot

We visited last week and had a wonderful time. The condo was perfect for us. I can't believe all the things they had onsite for us to use, chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, every pot and pan you can imagine, beach towels, the whole kit and caboodle! Great view from the larger than usual balcony. Easy walk to the beach and beautiful pool. The host was extremely nice and responsive. If you are going to Perdido Key area, this is the place you want to stay at!

Nothing like a beautiful beach in February!

Everything was as advertised, this place was very clean, spacious, and stocked with anything you could ever wish for! Need a zester? It is there! Spices? Yep! Crock Pot? Got it! And don't forget the puzzles, games, decks of cards, and books and DVD's. Helen was extremely prompt with having someone over to help us with the TV remote, in fact, someone showed up before I even saw her text stating they were coming! Perfect! And then there is the view...couldn't get any better, just steps to get to the beach and you get to hear the water every time the door is open! Restaurants, grocery stores, shopping just a few miles away. What probably made it the best though, was Helen allows dogs, not just the 20 lb. dogs mind you, but our girl who weighs in at 124 lbs.! It is so difficult to find the right place that will take Ava as well. We were so grateful! An amazing place and we certainly will consider staying here again. This was probably the last time my parents will be able to make this trip and it was a perfect place for them to spend their time. Thank you, Helen! Chris

Beach Condo-Perdido Key

Property was very clean with fantastic views from LR & all 3 BRs of gulf, bay & river. Building was quiet & on 9th floor, no noise from beach except for the waves breaking on shore. Numerous restaurants, shopping & activities in area. Family has been going to the area for 14 years & this condo rates very high on our favorites list.

Awesome beachfront view

This 3BR 3BA condo was clean and well stocked! The view from the balcony was awesome, saw dolphins swim by twice! We very much appreciated the use of beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and toys for the week. The layout provides privacy for 6 adults, especially with all bedrooms having their own balcony.
