Nicely decorated and fully equipped, The Pour House is a great choice for those who enjoy dining, relaxing, and entertaining on the water. Beach access is a short walk away. Catch beautiful morning sunrises overlooking the canal while relaxing on your screened deck. Enjoy quality family time and peace of mind while watching your children or pet play in the fenced backyard. This lovely, cozy home has four comfortable bedrooms; all bedrooms have shared bathroom access. The spacious garage features a seating area for lounging and entertaining. Pack lightly, your vacation rental includes a washer/dryer.

Great place…very close to the beach!

The house was perfect for our family with 3 kids, wife’s mother, and our two small dogs. One house back from the main beach road, with very close and easily traveled public beach access.

Excellent Vacation

Home was great for our needs. Loved the outside area and easy walk to the beach. Wish there was a little more seating in the living area but it didn’t bother us as we used the dining table for meals and outdoor area for hanging out.

Short walk to the beach

The short walk to the beach and being on the inlet was wonderful. We didn’t have much luck fishing off the dock but it was fun to have the option and to sit out there in the evenings with our family. The fenced in back yard was nice but it’s all rocks and lots of sandspurs so just fair warning there. The kitchen was equipped with a fair amount of pots, pans, etc. Overall, a nice place to stay.

Clean, cozy and convenient. Great place for outdoor activities.I had a great time kayaking on the intercoastal waterway, and my husband enjoy surf fishing.

Our family has stayed at the Pour House three times and has always enjoyed the experience. We love the convenient location and appreciate that all the basic necessities are thoughtfully provided. However, during our most recent visit, we were disappointed to find the house had a strong odor of dog urine and did not appear to be adequately cleaned. We hope these issues are addressed to ensure future guests continue to have the great experience we’ve come to expect.

Great family time

We had an awesome stay, it was close to the beach and we love the screen in porch to sit out there to enjoy the sunset. The back yard was great for our dog. Would stay there again.

The house was clean, well stocked and in a great location. Enjoyed the dock and screened porch. Great for the dogs and great areas close by for extra dog exercise.

Great stay !

The pour house was great! Had everything you could need. 2 min walk to the beach. Nice cold AC. Super clean and the vacasa team was very accommodating. Will come back again. This will probably the house we always stay at.

Great House!

We love the layout of this house and have been here three times now. It's very convenient for our dogs to have the easy-to-clean fenced yard and we LOVE the included waste station! The water pressure in the shower is amazing and the beds are soft and comfortable. Vacasa hasn't been great for us in the past but was so good this year. The local agent reached out just before we checked in with some info and then checked in once we were there. We didn't need anything but it would have been easy to contact them if we did. Thanks for a great weekend!!

Two weeks at the Pour House

Everything was great! Closeness to the beach the boat dock for our pontoon boat. The kids loved crabbing and fishing from the dock. The fenced yard was wonderful. We’d rent again for sure.

Perfect Location

It's been a while since we've been to Holden Beach; the Pour House was the perfect place for our visit. The dog-safe fenced yard and screened porch were perfect for our crew. We loved being on the waterway but also just the shortest walk to the public beach access. The neighborhood was great for walks with beautiful views around every corner. It was quite, which is what we wanted. There are a couple restaurants on the island and the grocery/ABC stores aren't far away. Fantastic stay and we hope to visit again next year!

Great Pet Friendly Canal House

We spent approx 3 weeks at the Pour House and were very happy with the stay. This was our first experience with Vacasa and certainly will book again. Location was very convenient to the beach and just far enough from road to have no noise. Our dog loved the deck and dock. It was easy to work remotely and property is well laid out. Only negative was the beds were a bit soft. Thanks for a great winter getaway!

Olson crew

We love the set up and being able to watch birds and fish in the canal. All of enjoyed our stay. We had some electrical issues but were addressed promptly after the holiday. Cotton electric was very professional and friendly to talk with. Thank you Pour House for another wonderful Christmas!!

Disappointed this year

This was our second year at the Pour House and we will NOT go back unless upgrades to the home are made. Many more cons than pros this year. Both king bedroom’s and living area blinds are broken, both bathrooms have mildew and mold in the showers (GROSS), the furniture is old and smelly, smokers were in the house before us which was disgusting, the garbage cans had maggots in them, flies were all over the house when we arrived and the house overall is rundown. Also no spectrum cable in the bedrooms. We brought our own Fire stick because we knew this. The pros are location near beach access , the fenced yard for the dog and hardwoods were placed in the bedrooms. The price paid for the week’s rental is not a value at all.
