This was our first time renting at this place and the seven days of renting was perfect for our family. We have 5 children ages 7 to 3 months and the clean beach and pools and hot tub were perfect. We will rent this place next time. The free internet was fast and allowed me to do some remote working. The parking garage is huge and could handle our large high-top van. The elevators worked perfectly. The only complaint that I have, is that I wish that this place was mine.

Great Condo

Property was great. The condo was clean and all the major necessities were as advertised. Having free beach chairs was a great plus. We got to the property around 6:30 pm Saturday night. There were plenty of luggage carts available to unload our luggage. The registration desk was closed when we showed up so we weren’t able to get wristbands and parking passes until the next morning. Property was close to the softball fields for my daughter’s softball tournament. Plenty of night life activity within 5- 10 minutes drive from the condo. Splash area, pool area, and lazy river was a great alternative to the beach. Only downside was the WII U games would not load, so we could not use it.

4th of July vacation

Room was very nice! It was quiet- didnt hear noise from other renters. The only complaint was elevator access. Everyday was a struggle with backed up elevators! It was ridiculous and very frustrating.

We had the best stay at Splash resort in the condo. It was a great location between Panama City beach and 30A. Very family friendly!

You get what you pay for

We had been going to Destin the past two years and decided to switch it up and go to Panama City Beach. Although this property is located far away from the chaos, it’s pretty run down. The first night we went on a walk on the beach and we were coming back into the condo and we were greeted by a cockroach on the pool deck. The condo itself is outdated. I put top sheets on top of the furniture because they were so badly stained. Looked like one you’d find at a college frat house. On night two, I went to move some food around on the counter and a small cockroach had scurried away. The front load washer has never been cleaned and is moldy. Front room where my kids slept, the blinds were broken. We tried to spend as little time in the room and the pool area as possible. Most of our time was spent at the beach or out to eat. We won’t be back to Panama City Beach and unfortunately I was unimpressed with this property.

Exactly what we wanted!

Our unit had everything we needed and the sunsets were absolutely breathtaking from our spacious porch. The included beach chairs were nice and helped with keeping the load lighter for travel. I was concerned about the elevators before the trip because of some of the building reviews, but we never waited long at all. I didn't expect to use the Wii much, but my husband and 5-year old loved it! The kitchen had everything we needed, the bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable, the AC worked great (always a concern for a beach place). The parking deck across the street is joined by a bridge and there were plenty luggage carts. The pools were great, the kids loved the water park (although very cold), and the food at the poolside grille was good pool food. The owners of this unit were very quick to respond throughout our stay. 5 stars!

Good stay

Pros: biggest pro was the lazy pool and waterpark for the kids. We’ve stayed at multiple different condos at PCB but I would say this is our favorite by far. Shores of Panama is fun but the elevators are so slow and we didn’t have that problem here. Condo was nice and clean. Con: the master bed is not comfortable and a few updates around the condo would make the stay even better, but I would stay here again whereas I haven’t at other condos.

There was no cooking spoons upstairs and neighbors had a little bit of noise, but Understandable do to it being a vacation needed a few extra towels and rags but overall the day was great would recommend

Overall a good stay, the master mattress needs replaced it’s a bit on the firm side and the couch and loveseat need replaced as well they are on the dirty side. I know it’s a rental but those need to be updated and not that we spent much time in the living room but didn’t really want to sit on them as is.

Great getaway

Located on the west side of Panama City away from most of the crowds but still close enough to enjoy Pier Park and area attractions. Unit was as described. Feather pillows on the couch stirred up allergies for me. Kitchen was accommodating, my only recommendation was to have a can opener and maybe a 9x13 baking dish, otherwise it has everything you need. We enjoyed our stay here.

Great Condo for Families

My family and I have been going down to the Gulf almost every year since 2017 and this rental is easily the best value. The location is within 15 minutes of most things we wanted to do in PCB, including a couple restaurants within walking distance. We made use of the pools, splash area, hot tub, and the beach chairs at the resort. The unit itself was clean, nicely decorated and had standard kitchenware for a rental. The deep soaking tub in the master bath was a nice perk. The only issue we had was an overzealous parking attendant who tried to ticket us on the last day. We accidentally hung our parking pass backwards, so he wasn't used to the format. He didn't see the check-in and check-out dates. When we pointed it out, he admitted he needed to go back and check the other people he ticketed that morning.
