Great Stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The unit was very clean and equipped with all the things we needed for a great week at the beach. One evening the building lost power and water for a short period. The maintenance and security crews onsite worked quickly to fix the issues. The host communicated with us during this time, giving updates on the outage correction. Couldn’t have asked for better service on a very busy 4th of July beach week.

Wonderful spring break trip

Everything was wonderful except the couple next door drunk or on drugs and fighting outside our room and pounding on our door and window. Security was no where to be found and had to call the police. Everything else was wonderful.

Shaunda is fabulous! The resort security is VERY lacking!

The host was incredible! Shaunda was absolutely wonderful and the property truly was stunning! The amenities and location were truly unbelievable. Shaunda has put so much love and care into this home and it is so evident. There were beach chairs and toys for my kids. There were games for us to play. The kitchen was a dream to be able to eat our dinners in. The view from the balcony truly is breathtaking and we spent most of our time not out and about, sitting on that balcony. Truly cannot speak highly enough of Shaunda! However, our wallets were stolen from our beach bag our last night there while on the beach. The property security made the comment that “the door codes have never been changed. Anybody and everybody knows them so we can’t say for sure that he (the guy that robbed us) is staying on property. Even the homeless people and ex-employees have the door codes” This left us feeling so defeated and uneasy. The camera at the top of the stairs is motion detected, but did not record as it is intended to and they weren’t sure how long that has been an issue, so we were unable to see the guys face when he walked up the stairs after ransacking our bag. He did walk back through the gate to for the beach access, but was not seen leaving any of the pool gates which would let him off of the property, which leaves the assumption that he was staying at the resort as well. The host is phenomenal, but the resort security is severely lacking!

Pictures don’t do justice! The room was very nice and clean. The host responded quickly to all my questions. Only downside was the elevators was very slow and packed.

I’ve been staying at condos on the beach for over 20 years this stay is by far our best stay from communication with the owner to every detail you can think you need from beach chairs down to the games that was supplied I would give 10 stars if they would let me 15 out of 10 I really enjoyed

All I can say is I will definitely be staying here again. The location was perfect close to pier park and easy to get in and out without having to go through all the traffic.

Excellent Stay!

The condo was immaculate! Very clean and family oriented just as listed. The view was stunning! Everyone at Tidewater was very nice and helpful. The elevators were not that great, but we were given notice of this. We learned what times were busy and when they were going to be less busy planned accordingly. The owner of the property was very informative and kind. There were detailed instructions inside the condo for the wifi, help desk and instructions for everything in the condo which was very helpful! My six year old son didn't want to leave becauae he said he loved it so much. We will definitely be back! Thanks for an amazing vacay!

Very nice condo !

Anniversary getaway

First time staying tidewater. We enjoyed the location and the condo was well stocked with quality dishes and appliances. The bed was comfortable and the view was amazing. Very nice decor and the owner responded within minutes of messaging. Great experience.

Unbelievable views..wonderful place to stay

Everything was wonderful. There weren't problems with the elevators as it wasn't busy. Shauna commicated with us and arranged a late check out. Would recommend.

Great Spot on the Beach

This condo is conveniently located, exceptionally clean, and as depicted in the listing. Shaunda was very communicative, and provided us all of the information we needed prior to arrival, despite us booking only 3 days out. We have stayed in other condo complexes in PCB and this one is very comparable to the others. In response to the many reviews mentioning elevators - we were prepared for a wait, but it wasn't as bad as we thought. The building was at capacity, management had attendants in the elevators at peak times to lessen wait times. Just be prepared, take everything you need when you go down for the day. The beach cart in the condo was a life saver! We used it each days, loaded up in the morning, took everything we needed (including lunch), came back up at the end of the day to change for dinner, and by the time we returned there was no elevator traffic. Great place, highly recommended!

Family vacation

Condo was just as described! Beautiful views of the ocean. We got to see dolphins, sea turtles, sting rays and a manatee from the balcony. We enjoyed drinking coffee and watching the dolphins almost every morning. Condo had everything we needed for the week and the pull out couch was even comfortable. Our only complaint was the elevators. 3 out of the 7 elevators was down, off and on almost all week. We learned the busy times and tried to avoid them as much as possible. We also learned to walk up 2-3 flights and then catch the elevator going down to ride it back up. Would definitely stay here again! We loved the early check in and our host responded immediately, which was very nice! The beach chairs are a plus!

A Great Place to Stay & Close to Pier Park

This property was perfect for out stay in PCB. The check in process was quick and easy. The condo was clean and furnished nicely. We didn’t want for anything, and there’s a great view of the Gulf. The host was helpful and responsive when needed. The bed was comfortable and we both got a great nights sleep. Beach chairs and an umbrella rental was included, and made the stay easier. We just grabbed our beach bag and walked down to enjoy the white sand beaches. While we did have the occasional wait for elevators, it wasn’t horrible, but very similar to other properties we’ve stayed at. We were there in late July, during the busy season. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again for our next trip.

Family Summer Vacation

Ww truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was cozy, clean, and updated. We had everything we needed including beach chairs and a wagon to take them down. The best part of our stay was definitely the breath taking view from the balcony. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. Our teen boys enjoyed the close proximity to the pier. Overall, great choice for us.
