New construction, single level, luxury home. Come relax in this immaculate 4 Bedroom, 3 bath home that sleeps 10. Upon entering, you will be met by a large gourmet kitchen open to the living and dining room. Light pours in from the wall of windows lining the back patio. With dining seating for 10, and additional seating for 4 at the kitchen island, there is plenty of space to enjoy meals together. New furnishings and a stacked stone gas fireplace create a warm welcoming environment to relax, play games or have a family movie night.

With a King suite situated on one end of the home, it provides a quiet retreat with direct access to the home tub.

Bedroom 2 is the bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunks.

Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed and sitting area.

Bedroom 4 has a King and private bathroom with roll-in shower.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a full bathroom with dual sinks and a shower/tub combo. All bedrooms come with a Smart TV and tasteful furnishings. 8 Foursome has increased accessibility features throughout the home (ask our vacation planners for more details).

The outdoor space is exactly where you will want to spend your Sunriver summers. The paver patio is covered and offers large gas grill, high quality patio furniture with plenty of seating, private hot tub, and hammock for lounging. Pickleball and tennis equipment is also available. The garage has been made into a fun space with foosball and comfortable seating as well.
