Clean, well-stocked kitchen

Three generations stayed for Christmas holiday. We enjoyed our stay. Ping pong table was a bonus. Lots of towels and a well-stocked kitchen.

Two families stay at Sunriver

This was a beautiful property! We had 4 small children and they loved it and the hot tub of coarse. Great backyard/deck as well. Very comfortable sleeping arrangements. Definitely booking our next trip there!

Nice House & Location

We enjoyed our stay here. Fit 2 families with 6 kids perfectly. Close enough to the Village for bike riding. Also only about 40minutes to Bachelor and Wanoga Snow park for sledding!

Cozy family home

Great family home, very cozy feel. Kids loved having their own space, pet friendly too. All the amenities available including board games. Didn’t realize the train ran in the middle of night, but we very much enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful cozy house!

Great house in a perfect location. Layout was nice and 4 bedrooms is a plus! Only issue is no heat in garage, so if you go in winter you can’t really enjoy the ping pong or foosball as it’s too cold to stay in there.

Spacious

The floor plan was great. Each family had their own wing of the house. There was plenty of room in the common areas. The deck could use some love and the bathroom doors don’t lock. Communication with Bennington was superb. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful home and great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our Thanksgiving weekend stay at 3 Timber Lane was very nice. The property is well-maintained and in a good location. This is our second time staying in this house. Bennington Properties was very accommodating and have great customer service. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely Fantastic House!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We come to Sunriver every August and pick a different house each time. I can honestly tell you this will be our go-to each year. Perfectly decorated, super cozy and cute, all the amenities you could need for a stay away from home. This house by far exceeded expectations and we cannot wait to go back next year.

Was very comfortable and quiet!

It was really a nice place and not overpriced as some of the homes in Sunriver are. There were only a couple minor maintenance issues like the disposal not working when we arrived and some light bulbs out as well as the dishwasher jets being plugged. Other than that all was great and overall we enjoyed the place very much. It was a much needed break and we will stay again in the future! I will say the property management team was amazing! We had a maintenance person there 15 minutes after we called. Can't complain at all!

Amazing place.

This house was perfect for the 10 of us. There was plenty of room and the beds were cozy. The only issue we had was that one of the bathrooms' door didn't latch. But other than that the hot tub and everything was perfect.

Great place to stay!

This is the second time we have stayed at 3 Timber Lane. We love the house! Has everything we need. Very comfortable. Clean and well maintained. One thing missing is hooks by the hot tub for towels! Love this house and would stay here again!

Overall, good.

We enjoyed our stay but some of the housekeeping aspects were a little inadequate. For the number of people, 7 adults, 3 children, the basic neccessities like toilet paper, paper towels, facial tissue and liquid soap in the kitchen were in limited supply. We had to buy our own. Both propane tanks for the barbeque grill were empty and the waffle maker already had a broken handle.
