Hi Amy Thank you for coming to stay with us, and I am happy that you had a great stay. We have never had the issue that there was not enough hot water before. However we have already addresses the issue and put in an additional hot water tank. Thank you again for coming, and we hope to see you again in the future. Anders

Property and Concierge Service A+

Property is exactly as described in listing. Concierge service is a great asset, specially Andry and Alexis. They handled our transportation, golf carts, in house service and resolved any other issue that arosed. Will be coming back next year for sure!

Hi Beatriz, thank you so much for your feedback! I'm happy to hear that you liked the property and staff. About the charges that you mentioned, I just wanted to clarify that the resort fee and credit card fee, which you were charged, are also mentioned on the property listing and in several of the emails/documents that we've sent you as part of our communication in the vacation planning process. I'm sorry that you missed this information, and I'll review it to make sure that it's mentioned clearly! Thank you again for staying at Las Palmas 22 and we do hope to see you again in the Dominican Republic. Best regards, Anders.

a true vacation, not a relocation for the Mom !

Spacious and open living. Despite the language barrier, the staff was accommodating. Our villa manager, Jesus was on top of our every need. Jesus communicated with our staff: Fior - Chef, Alexix - Waitor, Wasleska - Maid, Yony - Gardener All we had to do was ask, meals were prepared beautifully and timely. Location of this property was so great - Altos Chavon, Marina, and Beach , all a quick golf cart ride away. We had a wonderful family vacation and would do it again in a heart beat.

Everything was amazing!!!

We had an amazing time at Las Palmas 22 in the Dominican Republic. We’ve seen and stayed in many villas in the DR, and this is definitely one of the most stunning properties we’ve encountered. The atmosphere is so relaxing and we loved the outdoor area, the pool and view of the golf and ocean. The decor and furniture is so beautiful, and we felt very comfortable. The staff in this villa is wonderful, and we really enjoyed having a maid to clean and keep the villa in perfect condition. The butler was so helpful to have, and the cook made the most delicious meals for us. It’s tough to come home and find that you have to do everything yourself! We also had a villa manager who greeted us at arrival and was available every day to help us with anything we needed! What a great service. The staff really became friends, and we miss them already. We also loved having a golf cart to tour around Casa de Campo Resort, go to the beach, the Marina and just to drive around. The resort is beautiful and so safe and secure, and everyone was so friendly too. We never had any issues at the resort. The villa has a great location and everything is so close by. We had a great time at Las Palmas 22, and we’d definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for an 8-bedroom vacation home in Casa de Campo, Dominican Republic. We will be back!!
