The detached holiday home, built in 1970 and renovated in 2017, is furnished in the typical local style. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property of the panorama and the sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, terrace, and garden furniture.

Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 7 rooms (from which 5 bedrooms), is 140 sqm and can accommodate up to 10 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. A heating facility does not exist. The entrance is ground level and leads over an external stair directly in the hallway. The two apartments are connected by an external staircase.

The apartment is in the renovation until the end of January The upper apartment is accessed by an external staircase.

The ground floor apartment can be reached from three levels (basement) The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with TV. Bedroom with 1 bunk bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchenette in the living room not heatable and with refrigerator. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom not heatable and with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Bathroom not heatable and with bathtub, 1 washbasin and WC.
Upper floor: Living room with TV. Bedroom with 1 bunk bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchenette not heatable and with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and washing machine. Bathroom not heatable and with bathtub, 1 washbasin and WC. Bathroom not heatable and with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Pacengo, 70 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on an enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a field or forest road (paved). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.

Air conditioning. There is no heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine. TV reception via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detectors and a fire extinguisher.


Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to end of September, 5 m x 10 m, 1.50 m deep).

Water sports, boat rental each 2 km in Lazise. Dog beach in Peschiera del Garda 5 km.
