Magnificent 1 bedroom flat, completely renovated, very well located, in the heart of Paris, close to the rue Etienne Marcel and the rue Montorgueil.
At the foot of the flat are many shops, cafes and restaurants
Decorated with taste, this flat will make you live a very pleasant trip in the heart of Parisian life.
Warm, bright and very well equipped, you will find everything you need for a successful stay with your family or friends (6 people).

Flat of 49m2, fully air-conditioned, located on the 2nd floor without lift, including :

- Living room with 2 sofa beds, 1 dining table, TV, Wifi
- A fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, washing machine/chafing machine, dishwasher)
- 1 bedroom with queen size bed (160cm) with television
- 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet

The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and cleaning is performed by a professional housekeeper.

This apartment is located in the center of Paris near rue Etienne Marcel and rue Montorgueil, very shopping and lively streets, known for their many cafes and restaurants.
The apartment is located near the Grands Boulevards
It is 900 meters from the Grevin Museum and 1.6 km from Galeries Lafayette and 1.5 km from Place de l'Opera.
You will find the Museum of Arts and Crafts just 450m away.
You have many theaters near the apartment:
- Renaissance theater at 450 m
- La Comedia Theater at 300 m
- Gymnasium Theater at 350m
You are also 450m from the Grand Rex, one of the most beautiful cinemas in the capital.
For a more cultural visit, you will find rue de Richelieu the National Library of France which houses prestigious and exceptional collections. But also a visit to the famous Pompidou Center, recognizable by its exterior stairs and its enormous colored pipes.

Great Location!

The experience overall was good since we were there to site see. Great location! Lots to see and do within walking distance. The only downsides were cleanliness of the unit and size of the bathrooms. Not sure if there was a plumbing issue in our unit but there was a constant foul oder as if there was standing water in the walls. Bathrooms were extremely small and no door on the bathroom in the master bedroom. Again, we still had a good experience considering the location and the fact we were there to site see. I would recommend staying here.

Nice apartment near Metro(s) and Restaurants

Nice apartment in Paris with A/C and easy access to a couple of metro stations and just a block from rue Montorgueil which has lots of bars and restaurants. Apartment is typical, small European flat and bathrooms are tiny, but accommodated our family of 4 nicely. I might call it an up and coming area, but its a 20 minute walk to the Louvre and metro is convenient to get to anywhere in Paris. And, they let us store our luggage on the last day at their office which was very helpful. Apartment is inside a building alleyway which makes it a little hard to find the first time.

Authentic Parisian Apartment

Great place in the heart of Paris. Would never have found it if not for our escort to the apartment. Felt very safe - in a gated area. The apartment was clean and well appointed with AC and a washer/dryer combo. Perfect for our family of 5. Would stay here again!
