Parisian Pied-a-terre in the heart of the city - Close to everything

This is a very pleasant, bright, airy, 400 sq ft apartment, right in the very heart of the old Paris. Once there, you find yourself a throwaway from Le Louvre, Pont-Neuf, Chatelet-les-Halles, Opera, Notre-Dame, Montorgueil, Le Marais and else. There are numerous shops, restaurants, bakeries, sightseeing spots all around. Albeit lively, the area is very safe and extremely convenient, all you have to do is walk! The apartment itself is very cozy and you will feel right at home! It is easy to fix your meal there thanks to the kitchen and its amenities, or you can take a good rest as everything is there to ensure to maximize your comfort. (The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility).

Joseph was truly the epitome of a kind and gracious host. He went far beyond what we could have expected, offering to make me lunch and dinner, allowing me to leave my bags at his home after checkout, and even helping me carry them downstairs to my Uber. I ended up spending part of the afternoon chatting with him, and he was such a warm, thoughtful, and lovely person. His kindness made the stay especially memorable, and I am incredibly grateful for his hospitality.

Easy check in instructions from host. Host is easily accessible (if needed). Location is close to metro and tourist sites. Could get loud on weekends, but was not an issue for us.

The apartment had everything we needed. Check-in was simple and Joseph was helpful and quick to respond. No better location in Paris. Short walk to the metro and plenty of great restaurants close by. We would definitely stay again.

It is a super convenient location. Walkable to everywhere. Louvre museum is 5 minutes walk, Notre Dame is 15min. The property manager is friendly, provides detailed informations and welcome gifts. Room can be a little better maintained: bathroom heater is not working. Door handle from inside is missing. No elevator inside the building, which is probably common for many old buildings. But the location compensates every inconvenience. We really enjoyed staying there

Very old building and lots of stairs but the apartment was very nice and host very helpful. In the heart of Paris walking distance to Notre Dame and the Louvre.

We loved our short stay in Les Halles. The location was great for charming cafes and restaurants. Evening walk to the louvre was highlight.

Great stay!

Great location. Apartment was fine and fair value. Communication with host was excellent. It is well advertised, but must be able to walk up 4 flights of stairs to stay here.

Perfect apartment in the heart of Paris. Would absolutely stay again on our next trip. Walking distance to almost everything you want & need, including a major train station for easy transportation to anything further away.Great for 1-4 people. Could start to get cramped with 4Don't miss a wine tour (or classes) at the Caves du Louvre down the street. I echo other reviews on the 4 flights of stairs (only a caution for less-mobile visitors).

Wonderful, wish I was still there!

The property was better than expected. The location and atmosphere were totally amazing. We could have looked out the windows all day. We felt just a tiny bit Parisian. Would definitely stay there again!

Great neighborhood and location

We loved the location of the flat. We were very comfortable in the flat as it had everything we needed. We’d recommend it highly as the host was terrific and very responsive and thoughtful. The only drawback for some might be the four flights of stairs.

Wonderful place in the heart of Paris

What a great apartment in a great location. The neighborhood was hopping on Friday night with many people enjoying the restaurants and bars. The apartment was just as described and Joe sent a very informative helpful document on the essentials of getting around Paris-that was much appreciated.

Paris weekend

Absolutely loved this cute little apartment! The apartment had everything we needed and was in such an amazing prime location! I would definitely recommend and would stay here again on future trips. I had a little trouble getting in due to my own misunderstanding of instructions provided by the host, however, one of the building residents were incredibly helpful in solving my issue without bothering the host.
