Summary:

Sublime flat on the 4th floor without lift, very well located in the heart of Paris, close to the rue Etienne Marcel and close to the rue Montorgueil, 15m from the Grands Boulevards. In this area, there are many shops and restaurants.

This tastefully decorated flat will take you on a very pleasant journey to the heart of Parisian life.



The Space:

Flat of 60m2 with air conditioning which includes :

- Living room with sofa bed

- A dining area with 1 table with chairs, Smart TV, Wifi

- A quiet terrace

- A fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, washing machine)

- 3 bedrooms with double bed

- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet

- 1 bathroom with shower

- 1 separate toilet



The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and the cleaning is done by a professional cleaning agent.

Clean quiet and spacious. Enjoyed 2 bathrooms. Dishwasher is great idea but not v powerful. Check in and out super easy - the office is downstairs. Top floor so nice and quiet but lots of stairs! Air con fabulous.

clean, centrally located apartment. There are 2 small dance clubs/bar across the street which led to loud noise in the early morning hours.

The apartment itself was nice and clean, linens and towels were good quality and the beds were comfortable. The “Terrace” was a tiny outside roof area with peeling paint and metal roofing. You could not see anything but the exterior walls. My biggest issue is that we paid a lot of money (with taxes and fees) for an area that had prostitutes soliciting business outside the front entrance every night (and day). There was also an exorbitant amount of noise from people “partying” in and around the streets EVERY night until very late (weekdays). We had all of the windows and the door to the “terrace” closed and the noise level was still intense. The neighborhood around the apartment was also dirty and did not feel safe. We had to walk quite a distance to be in a better area and not feel unsafe. I contacted the rental group directly with these issues and they have not bothered to reply. We will not be returning to this property.

Check in/out process was great. Good location, property was as listed - clean and spacious with laundry. Be prepared to dry clothes on a rack as the combo washer/dryer has a hard time completely drying clothes. This unit is on the top floor, I believe 5 flights up a tight stairway, so if large luggage and/or out of shape, take note. Would stay again.

Great stay for family trip to Paris

We had four adults stay in this apartment for a family trip to Paris. The apartment comfortably accommodated our group and is accurate to the listing. It is within easy walking distance to the metro, grocery stores, bakeries, and restaurants. Communication with the hosts was good leading up to our stay, with easy check-in upon our arrival and easy check-out. Note that the apartment is a fourth floor walk-up with some tight and uneven steps, which may be a challenge for people with limited mobility.

Great stay

Enjoyed our stay at this apartment, great location, clean and pretty view of the rooftops. Comfy beds and hot shower. No elevator to the 4th floor but stairs gave us a good workout. Very pleased with our stay!

Lovely place in Paris

Lovely, clean and convenient location in Paris. Nice decor, but be prepared to climb many flights of stairs to arrive. We enjoyed our time here!

Great flat

We really enjoyed staying in this flat. It was clean and big and has a nice interior. Just two things are good to know. It‘s in the 4th floor without an escalator and around the corner is a bar playing loud music. But it‘s okay of you close the Windows and night.

Good value for money

Three nice bedrooms and plenty of room. The VRBO was clean. It was a good value for money. Plenty of space for six people. The full kitchen was nice. The location was convenient right next to the trains. Overall it was very clean and easy to control the temperature. The check-in process was relatively easy. Only major concern was the mold / lack of ventilation in the second bathroom. Be warned there is no elevator, but if you are willing to climb all 5 flights of stairs then it is worth the savings.
