Discover our 80m2 apartment on the ground floor, arranged as follows for your greatest comfort

The cleaning fee includes fresh linens and towels for each guest and cleaning is carried out by a professional housekeeper.

Yes, a good welcome and the amenities were all as described - and everything worked. Very convenient location and very quiet at night. Days not so quiet because of construction work in the building, but the workers were courteous when we needed to get in or out of the apartment.

Excellent Location

We stayed in Paris for six nights with three generations of family members. This accommodation provided comfortable space for all of us to eat, sleep as well as bathrooms and a clothes washing machine. The location is close to attractions and Metro.

Lovely Paris apartment

The apartment worked very well for three women friends. We each had our own bedroom and shower, and the washer and dryer were appreciated. The location was wonderful, close to the metro and the delightful Bistrot Gisele, where we stopped almost every day. The apartment was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend this apartment.

Nice Place

The apartment is beautifully done and large. Very nice to have three showers and two toilet rooms. Communication with property manager was easy and effective.

This apartment was not as represented in the listing. I have rented numerous VRBO's and this was by far the worst experience I have had. I have never written a bad review before, however I think any potential guest should know the situation. The apartment was in poor condition, in almost every aspect. Two of the 3 showers had broken doors & even after they tried to fix them 2 times they were still broken and did not close. The air-conditioning did not work the first night, & then was inconsistent after that. The apartment was dirty even though we got there when the cleaning people were still there (they were running late, even though we had confirmed our arrival time for 4 pm and were told it would be ready). The sofa and chairs in the living room are very stained and dirty, and you would not even want to sit on them. I asked for sheets to cover the furniture so we would be ok sitting on them. The coffee table and other furniture is banged up and in poor condition. All three showers had a lot of mold in them. After I complained about the dirty and moldy condition of the apartment /showers they did send someone to clean them and they did get better but it was quite disgusting before I complained and this should never happen when you check into a place. The sheets on one of the beds had what looked like urine stains on it. And there was other stuffI asked for a reasonable partial refund for all of the issues/problems but the host refused. Would not recommend host/apartment.

Spacious

Location is in district 2 and convenient to metro. Lots of restaurants around. Neighborhood is safe but one night was very noisy in the outside. Drier not working but staff will check after we left. Only have one big trash can in kitchen but no additional garbage bags provided in apartment. You can pick up anything you need in office which is close to apartment. Communication is responded quickly. Over all it is a spacious apartment to stay in Paris.

The location was great! Easy to get around the city and many shops and restaurants nearby. The air conditioning was nice to have. Host seems to be ai so the responses were extremely quick. Check in process was ok but we were messaged that someone was waiting for us and when we arrived no one was there and didn’t indicate we needed to use the lockbox to access the keys. We did lock our keys in the house once and fortunately the ai system was able to locate the host and we didn’t have to wait too long for someone to come- so grateful for that. The apartment was clean, however the white furniture (sofa, chairs and dining chairs) were disgusting and full of stains. I put a blanket on the couch so we could at least sit on that. The electrical outlets in the first room did not work. The shower in the second bathroom was broken. The rug in the last room was filthy and a tripping hazard. They are doing construction outside and there were cups of cigarette butts on the window sill. The pillows were awful. Hard as a rock and huge- impossible to sleep on as our necks would have been upright and stiff. Kitchen supplies were minimal and there were no frying pans. If these things were fixed then the apartment would be great. Definitely needs some upgrades and attention.
