The second level has an open floor plan, allowing for entertaining and enjoying the gourmet kitchen. You can also relax on the private deck to enjoy the fresh mountain air and views, BBQ grill. The living room has a large smart HDTV ready for your use, comfortable leather sofa, which can convert into a queen size bed. Kick back and enjoy the gas fireplace during the ski season too. The bedroom on this floor has a queen bed and its own TV and full bath.

On the 3rd floor you will find the master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bath. Down the hall is the second guest room with queen bed and TV. The den area is set up with a comfortable leather sofa (with queen sofa sleeper) and flat screen HDTV. Both the second bedroom and loft have access to the full size bathroom located between the two. Should you need to do some laundry while at our home, we have a full size washer and dryer. No air conditioning.

The rooftop deck has an unbeatable view of the Continental Divide, Winter Park Ski Resort and offers privacy to enjoy the sunshine, private hot tub.

NO SMOKING. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to smoke in the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200.
