A true gem in Grand County! Fully stocked kitchen, two bedrooms with brand new king mattresses on upper level, lower level has a bunk room with two twins and two queens and 2nd living room can serve as a 4th bedroom with queen size pull-out sofa

PLEASE NOTE THE PET POLICY: We have a dog-only (not cats etc.), 1-dog maximum allowance and there is an additional fee for bringing your dog. You must select the pet option at the time of reservation.

Family Fun

Location and views are incredible--you can walk to several yummy restaurants (Sharkey's and Fraser Distillery to name a few). Hiking and e-biking a hit with all! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful home in Fraser

The house was perfect for our family. Enough room for 5 adults and 4 children. The house was beautiful and had everything you needed. The house is located close enough to catch the bus or walk into town. Winter Park is just down the street. The tubing on Fraser Hill was awesome!

Relaxing Mountain Getaway

We had an amazing stay at this home! The space was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The location was perfect for hikes and walks to town. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed to cook meals, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and well-stocked and the living room was spacious and inviting, with a large TV and a fireplace. And, you can’t beat the view from the deck! The hosts were very responsive and made us feel welcome in the home. I would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a great place to stay. It's perfect for couples, families, or groups of friends!

Exceeded expectations

I stayed here for New Years with a group of 8 adults aged 29-34 and we had an amazing experience. The property is incredibly well furnished and situated, better than we expected. One of the things we really appreciated was how there was no shortage of towels (including Turkish Towels specifically for the private Hot Tub on the back porch). Even though Frasier is quaint, the grocery store and restaurants are very easily accessible, including a short walk to Fisher's Bar. The bus to WP is easy to navigate and reliable. I would strongly recommend staying here to anyone looking to enjoy the amazing Colorado mountains.

Beautiful House

My family and I take trips to different places for Christmas instead of giving gifts. This house was the perfect place to have our yearly trip. It was equipped with everything we needed. Great getaway home!

Magical Christmas vacation

The property is in a great location in Fraser, and minutes from Winter Park. The house is spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen is large and well stocked. The bedrooms are very quiet and comfortable. The best part is the hot tub with an unhindered view of horse properties and Byers peak.

Best VRBO we have stayed in.

This was the best rental we have stayed in. Excellent location and excellent communication with the owner. There was so much room to spread out. So many beds! The fireplace warmed the family room nicely. But the best feature was the brand new hot tub on the deck with beautiful views. We will definitely stay here again!
