This place was perfect to stay in for our group of four - one couple and two individuals, for a long ski weekend.Each of the three bedrooms had its own bathroom attached, which was great for giving everyone space. The fireplace and hot tub were excellent and the property had plenty of space to hangout and enjoy playing boardgames together. It was also quiet and perfect for having our dog with us.The only minor con we experienced during our ski weekend stay was that there is an approximately 8 minute walk down/up an icy hill to the shuttle stop to leave/return, if you’re planning on staying here and taking the shuttle to Winter Park to ski/board.Overall, we had a wonderful time and would certainly stay here again in the future!

This property is located in a quiet neighborhood and had great access to trails. We had our dog and the unit had several items that were pet friendly. We had a great time!

Excellent family vacation

Our family of five had a wonderful stay of five nights. It was very comfortable, and homey. Perfect for what we wanted for our family vacation. My interactions with the property management, (Mindy in particular) was quick and thorough. I only had one small issue, and that was that the cable tv not working(I'm a news and sports junkie), and that is something I recommend they fix, though Mindy generously offered to pay for any streaming subscription I wanted as a work -around. The house is well furnished, beds are comfortable, views are fantastic. I will definitely look to book my stay here again.

Excellent time!

We loved staying here!! We had a lovely time. The views are beautiful, the beds are comfortable and the space is great. Taking one star off cleanliness because we had to rewash all of the dishes, but I think that was mostly a dishwasher error. Overall, we would 100% stay again and recommend this property.

Cozy Fall Getaway

We loved our stay at Bear Crossing 1390 in Winter Park! The unit was easy to access, clean, and had everything we needed! We loved using the hot tub after a day of hiking, and sitting out on the deck(s) for coffee in the morning and a drink at night. The perfect weekend getaway, we will definitely be coming back!

Great place/location

Great property. Had everything we needed including stocked kitchen. Layout perfect for both togetherness and spreading out -- and loved the entryway off the garage to store our skiwear. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful Winterpark Getaway!

Such an easy check in and check out process. My husband and I were just getting away for a weekend and this home was great! We really enjoyed the kitchen and it had everything we needed to prepare our meals. We especially loved the trails all around the home!! We will be back!!

Beautiful home in a great location

The house was perfect for our family winter get away!! We loved the layout of the house... the living areas and kitchen are spacious and very comfortable! We also like how each bedroom has a bathroom. Perfect location with a short drive to all Winter Park has to offer, but nice and quiet with beautiful views! We hope to enjoy this place again!

Amazing Townhome!

This Winter Park townhome was amazing! Big and spacious, comfortable furniture, clean hot tub, nice beds, well equipped, and amazing views! 2 car garage and mud room entrance with room for all your gear! Our Airedale, Archer, also loved the home and spent hours finding toys that other dogs left behind. It was perfect and I’ll definitely being staying there again! Thank you!

Lovely, quiet, great star gazing!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this townhome. The trails behind the unit were used everyday. It is comfortable and clean and well appointed. Lots of stairs but it get your flights climbed up on your fitness tracker! Everyone enjoyed the seating area by the kitchen. What a neat layout.

Great sunsets and sunrises

I had a fantastic stay at this townhouse and I can't recommend it enough! The photos and description were spot-on. The location was simply wonderful, offering stunning sunrises and sunsets. The townhouse was clean, spacious, quiet, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It was also conveniently close to biking trails, which added to the overall experience. This is the perfect place if you're looking for a serene mountain retreat with amazing views and great location.
