Welcome to 13 Lake District Lane, a beautiful home close to the new WaterColor Beach Club, the lazy river and pool at Camp WaterColor, Marina Pool, Tennis, Boathouse, shops, & restaurants!
Upon entry, guests will be greeted by a well-stocked upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances perfect for making home-cooked meals or a quick snack to take to the beach. The open living space and outdoor screened porch provide plenty of comfortable seating for all guests to relax after a long day. This home has an abundance of space starting with a king bed located in the master bedroom along with an ensuite bathroom on the main floor. The second floor has two guest bedrooms - one with two queen beds and one with a king bed - along with an alcove that sleeps two additional guests. A cottage house sits above the garage and contains two queen beds and a sofa bed with plenty of space to spread out and enjoy your company.
Special Notes:
· Amenity wristbands are required for community access, everyone 5 and older will require a wristband. When booking, please mark your occupancy with adults being everyone 5+ years old. Please note, maximum 12 wristbands can be issued per reservation, NO EXCEPTIONS.
· Per HOA regulations, Golf Carts can only be rented from their exclusive partner, Electric Cart Company. Even when this company is sold out, other company’s carts are strictly prohibited.
· Parking available for only 4 Vehicles on-site. Garage is available for guest use. Additional vehicles will need a parking pass (included in welcome-packet) to park in community visitor spots. Parking can be difficult, please bring the least amount of vehicles as possible.

Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited. The main renter must be 25 years or older and a 25+ year old chaperone must be present for every four guests under 25. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation of these rules are subject to eviction with no refund. 4 Bikes come with the property and must be returned to their original positions with locks in place. Charges may be incurred for damaged or lost bikes.
