THREE NIGHT MINIMUM ON ALL RESERVATIONS DUE TO HOA OCCUPANCY RULES

"Eagle's Nest" is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom end unit featuring brand new furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances, comfortable furniture, and a breakfast bar. Located on the second floor in building 19, this unit is just steps away from the pool and hot tub and is perfect for golfers, Snowbirds looking for a winter retreat, families, or a weekend girls’ trip!

Bedroom 3: 2 Twins w/ access to hall bathroom

All bedrooms feature updated furnishings and new bedspreads. The master bedroom includes access to the screened in porch and features a private bathroom, closet and a mounted flat screen TV. The second front master bedroom features its own private bathroom, closet and TV, while the guest bedroom has its own closet and TV, with access to the hall bathroom.

Additional amenities: All new utensils and eatery, updated light fixtures, a crock pot, traditional drip coffee maker, Keurig, pack N play, Wifi, full size washer and dryer, blender, iron and ironing board, hair dryers in the bathrooms, central HVAC, and so much more!

True Blue is located just 5 minutes to the beach and offers, golf, tennis, dining, pools and hot tubs. The True Blue Golf Course is located on a former rice and indigo planation. Its’ rolling terrain and native vegetation make it one of the most spectacular settings in golf. Golf magazine ranked True Blue as one of the top 100 courses to play in 2014. It has also been ranked among the top 25 in the South by Golf Digest.

True Blue also boasts the Steve Dresser Golf Academy, and is one of America’s most awarded golf schools. Golf Magazine has listed it among the top 25 schools in the nation. True Blue features 4 pools and hot tubs, tennis, dining and super 5 minutes to the beach. Guests also have access to Huntington Beach State park pass during their stay as an added bonus!

We spent a lot of time on the screened porch with an awesome view of golf course and lake. Our dogs loved the porch as well. We used the pool a lot which is conveniently located near the unit. The kitchen was well equipped. We have rented from Tidelife many times, they are awesome (Travis and Becca), very timely in responding to our questions and any issues we had.We would definitely rent this unit again and definitely rent through Tidelife.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This year we decided to stay not within walking distance to the beach, but in a place that offered additional amenities. We were very happy with this condo. It was very clean, well appointed (the kitchen had more offerings of gadgets and dishes than my own), and even had a selection of books and games for your stay. The pools on the property were fantastic, and this location made one of the pools a simple walk across the street. The owner definitely wanted their guests to be very comfortable. Also kudos to the rental company. This is the first year we rented through them, and we texted them the first night with an issue with the TV. They responded within 10 minutes and had someone out before noon the next day. I don’t consider a tv issue an emergency so VERY impressed with their prompt response. The service tech was friendly and talked with us about the area and offered some helpful tips regarding our vacation. Very simple check in and check out as an added bonus. Would definitely rent again!

Not well maintained

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We made a request to have this unit cleaned on Saturday June 19th. This request was made several times starting in May. When we arrived for check-in, we were assured the unit would be cleaned and given a 10:30 time. No one showed by Noon; so, we canceled the cleaning and proceeded to strip and make 4 beds and clean three bathrooms. This caused us to lose a great beach day. The kitchen is in distress. The frig is small for three couples. The vent outlet for the microwave fell onto the stove the first night and although service person arrived the next morning, he could not repair the vent. The cabinets do not close, the cook top was not clean, the lower oven door will not close completely and presents a tripping hazard, the dish washer is old and falling apart. the top rack will fall if you don't use caution. The location of the dish washer precents a dangerous situation when open. We called regarding the AC one evening around 6:30 pm. The communications from the service provider were Great and the unit as serviced and cooling at 8:00 PM, but again the problem was due to poor Maintenance. The support railing at the top of the entrance is loose. A hornet's nest is growing in the support post at the base of the stairs. We have vacationed in True Blue facilities in past years, these problems do not exist in other True-Blue Units.

Great Stay!

Our unit (Eagle's Nest19E) was spacious and had everything we needed! The location was excellent and the screened in porch was a very nice plus. The three baths helped immensely! There were things that seemed a bit "worn" and tired, i.e. kitchen cabinets that wouldn't close; some grime in one of the bathrooms along the edge of the floor/walls; towel and toilet paper fixtures that were either missing or fell of easily. But these were really just annoyances that caught my attention, nothing more!
