Enjoy the comfort and coziness of this modern space located right behind Potters Bakery and close to Oakwood Proper Burgers and Common Good Bakery (think brunch all day!). The unit boasts a contemporary, simple design with a mid-century feel. There is one on-site parking spot available for both the upper and lower units (first come, first serve), and plenty of overnight street parking is available on Rose and Lincoln Streets (except during winter months).

PET POLICY
We welcome your furry friends in our pet-friendly homes! A pet fee of $100 per pet applies. For shorter stays of less than three days, we're happy to negotiate this fee at $35/pet per night. Please reach out to discuss and confirm prior arrangements for your pets to ensure a seamless stay.

For guests traveling with infants, a pack 'n play or crib can be provided upon request for an additional fee, subject to availability.
