This amazing 2 bedroom with ocean view from the lanai is the PERFECT spot for your Vacation.
Sea Village reflects the tranquil beauty of the Big Island. The resort is centrally located 1 mile from restaurants and shops on Famous Ali'i Drive.

Air Conditioning is only available in the Living Room & Master Bedroom as Portable AC units. There is no AC unit in the Guest Twin Bedroom.

The pool area is located beside the sea wall, so guests can enjoy a peaceful swim just steps away from the crashing surf. Hot tub, Communal BBQ area and Tennis Court available for guest use!

Kona town is just a short drive from Sea Village Kona. Kona town offers a large choice of restaurants, stores and art galleries. Most of the Big Island activities depart from Kona town.

Sea Village is a great place to stay. Wonderful pool and bbq area. Plus is a great location, easy walk into town for restaurants and shopping.

Everything we needed was there - well stocked kitchen, beach and pool equipment, and AC when it got a bit warm inside. The lanai has a wonderful ocean view with amazing sunsets every night. Close to great restaurants and shopping.

Nice and comfortable stay

Our stay was comfortable. Everything was clean. A mile walk to restaurants and shops so the location was good. View from the patio was nice. Overall a good choice while we were in Kona.

Beautiful & Convenient

This location is absolutely perfect. Walking distance to the restaurants and bars. Easy drive to grocery store and Kona airport. Definitely recommend to go to the pool area to see the sunset. And if looking for what’s around to do, look at the notebook in the living room area. I highly recommend a stay here.

We enjoyed our stay. This location is very convenient. We found a good snorkeling beach 10 min south and manta tours 15 min south. We loved how close it was to things we wanted to do in the area. The complex is ocean front and we enjoyed the sunset views at the pool. The pool and hot tub were great. The complex has very nice common areas and landscaping. The condo has lots of extras such as a closet full of beach equipment - chairs, sand toys, snorkeling. We appreciated all the hooks to hang swimsuits and towels. The beds and pillows were comfortable. It was well equipped kitchen for cooking meals. Everything was very clean when we arrived and we had good communication with the manager. There were a few things that could be improved. It was 81 degrees in the unit when we arrived and took a whole day to cool to down. The air conditioning is on a 4 hour timer and so you have to keep turning it back on. If you turn it off the condo gets hot quickly. This was an annoyance in the night as I appreciated the white noise and was awoken by it stopping, plus I like to sleep in a cool room. The second bedroom without a/c was not usable so my kids slept in the living room to stay cool. The living room is quite large so there was room for them to pull the mattresses in and sleep there. The sofa bed in the living room has a sign that it’s broken. We appreciated the extra fans in the complex. They were helpful to stay cool.

The floors have no insulation and you hear every footstep above you. We stayed 16 days and was woken up from sound before 6: AM every single morning. Nice pool area, hot tub had issues most days. The next guest walked in on us using the Dropbox key 4 days early. I would recommend for very deep sleepers not using sofa bed.

It is dated, the sofa bed is broken and the kitchen, while well supplied, is full of old pots and pans. The same is true of the beds and linens. The table and chairs on the deck are bar height which for short people and mobility challenged people a problem to use. Unfortunately during our stay the pool was out of order so I cannot comment on it. The property management team was great. Super friendly and responsive. I encourage the unit owner to invest in some updates to improve the experience.

Only a few annoyances with the property: the air conditioners are on timers set for a maximum of 4 hrs, which means they do not run through the night without getting up and restarting them (too hot/humid to sleep without air conditioning); no air conditioner in the second bedroom, so we needed to sleep with the doors open and a fan blowing into the second bedroom; the lanai sliding door is like a work-out to open and close.

This place has a larger pool area, bbqs and picnic tables in a communal area in the middle with sunset views. You can also see the sunset from the balcony in the room! We received a small gift bag with some coffee and travel essentials in the room. Management was attentive and we even got locked out one evening and someone arrived within 20 mins to let us back in for a charge. It's pretty near downtown Kona, but not walking distance. The condo is quite large with 2 different air conditioning units that was nice for our stay because it was pretty warm. Great room with a lot of nice amenities in the room. Make sure you look in all the drawers because we found the guide book that I purchased in one of the drawers at the end of our stay!

Decent location, walkable to town (but a bit far) rental bikes across the street but they empty out early. Coffee shop right in the complex, but gets busy so expect a wait. No central air, so spare (kids) room gets a little warm. Everything included including beach chairs, snorkel sets, boogie boards, etc. Tried to go without a vehicle but needed it in the end so we rented. Easy walk to resorts and markets and very well managed. Hope this helps. We enjoyed it.

Ample parking, good sized rooms, great BBQ area, clean and freshing pool, and a host of other positives to help you enjoy your stay.Few things need to be repaired/replaced... pedestal fan is broken and if you turn it on it rattles apart. Tongs fall apart when you use them. Screen door to the patio isnt in its track so it hard to open/afraid to break it. And the pillows need to be upgraded.Thanks again for letting us stay!

Reviewer Comments: Great location, the grounds were very nice, but when we arrived the temp in the condo was 85 degrees, there are only 2 floor A/C units in the condo, and they struggled to pull the temp down very fast, and they have a TIMER on them to shut off, this made our first night very uncomfortable temp wise. My son moved to the couch just to have some relief but still barely slept. We opened up the sofa bed the next night and it was broken . Overall the condo needs a good update on the inside. Would not stay there again and would not recommend, there are better places.

My family and I were very comfortable at this rental unit. It had everything we needed. The pictures are real presentations. The location is not far from shopping. We walked it twice just for the walk. The property management checked on us routinely to make sure our needs were being met. I absolutely appreciated that. We didn't need anything but to know they were willing to try to accommodate any needs we had was very reassuring. I will return to Kona and rent again. Nice Property, Unit So So

Very good common areas with gas BBQs, tables, lawn and pool area. The unit itself was clean but dated. It was described as having A/C but none of the units in this complex had central or window units. Instead, this one had two portable A/C units, one in the living room and another in one of the two bedrooms. The living room unit was too small to do much cooling. Sleeping at night was uncomfortably warm. The bedroom without A/C was almost unsleepably warm. We tried sleeping in the living room but the bed frame in the convertible sofa was broken and unusable. The unit was supplied with an inflatable double mattress which we deployed in the living room instead. It didn’t ruin our vacation, but it made it less than comfortable at night.

The good - the overall property is well maintained and there were staff around everyday cleaning the bbq area, maintaining the pool, and maintaining the grounds. The unit 3203 was generally clean and well stocked. The Air conditioning worked well. The bad - There were no firm pillows for sleeping. They were all really soft. The bed in the master bedroom is not very comfortable. I have read other complaints about people hurting themselves on the wooden bed frame base and I was no different. The carpet runner on the floor from the door to the kitchen wasn't very clean. The sliding door to get to the patio did not slide very easily. Sometimes it required two hands to get it to move. The ugly - there wasn't anything ugly

Kailua Kona Trip

We had a great stay at this older condo with easy access to pool with ocean view. This is an older condo unit but they have up dated it with paint and some portable ac units and over all its a very clean, well stocked in the kitchen, has lots bath towels and linens. In my opinion the Guest bedroom with the two twin beds needs its own portable AC unit or window AC, as this was the only room that didn't have one and it got real hot and muggy in there at night. Kona is humid and hot so the extra fans and Ceiling fans that are at the condo helped to make every ones stay more comfortable. In the listing is doesn't mention that the sofa in the living room is a sofa sleeper but it is so the condo sleeps 6 people comfortably. As well the listing fails to mention that there are a couple boogie boards, some snorkel gear and some older beach chairs for renter use during the stay and this would have made me pick this place over others faster. The only down side we found was that in the master bedroom the hard wood bed frame stuck out like 6 inches further than that of the mattress and therefore my husband smacked his knee on the corner of the frame each time he went to his side of the bed to get in bed especially since the long bed comforter covered where the actual corner bed frame was. Other than that all was good.

Very nice Condo & Property - would Stay there again

We were very impressed with our unit and the overall property. The unit had very nice furnishings and was very tastefully decorates. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. Two minor things: We were surprised that the unit did not have more supplies such as hand soap, toilet paper and paper towels. We were supplied one time with toilet paper. After that, we were told that more supplies were not available due to the terms of the contract. We were taken by surprise and went out and purchased our own. We have never had to do that at any property we have ever stayed at. So this took us by surprise, but it worked out okay. Another item of concern: They dryer picks up quite a bit of lint which is a good thing. We never realized how much lint collects underneath the screen in the lint door. After removing the white screen and the second wire screen, I went in an removed lots and lots of lint. This was after I had cleaned the lint door the day before. I'm just mentioning this as a safety precaution. I'm not sure if this is a problem or not. A major item of concern is that we did not have a major functioning air conditioning unit in the back bedroom and are requesting this gets resolved for future guests. The chairs and table on the patio are quite flimsy. The chairs are also hard to sit on. Other than that, we had a marvelous stay. The view from the deck was beautiful, and the room was beautiful. We would stay there again. T
