Located on the ground floor of a 3-story building, this oceanfront condo boasts first-class views as well as excellent proximity to Kona town and all activities. Watch dolphins year-round and enjoy seasonal whale watching right from your lanai. This lovely condo has everything you need for an unforgettable Hawaiian experience and is your perfect vacation accommodation!

BIG NEWS!! Both bathrooms have been completely remodeled, and we now have our A/C up and running with blowers in both bedrooms and living room!

Nice but lacking

Everything was fine. But that’s pretty much it, just fine. Nothing special. Super small kitchen and bed rooms. No vacuum no broom no plunger, all stuff you would hope a rental would have.

Our Stay At Sea Village

My wife and I, along with my brother and sister-in-law stayed at this condo and found it to be very well kept up and quite well appointed. The view of the ocean from the balcony was excellent. We were even able to view a whale from the balcony off in the distance. The only flaw that we found was that the clothes washer had mildew around the edge of the rubber ring. Otherwise, it was an excellent stay.

Kona ocean front escspe

This property was the perfect location for our adventure on the Big Island. It was spacious enough for two couples but would be great for a family, too. We really enjoyed watching whales from the lanai and the waves were hypnotic. The condo was well equipped, clean, and quiet (except for the doves whose idea of morning was a little different than mine lol.) We will definitely be back!
