Discover this superb renovated apartment with SEA VIEWS, on the 6th and top floor of a secure residence with a swimming pool (open April to September)!

It comprises an entrance hall leading to a bathroom, a separate WC, a living room with a sofa bed (sleeps 2 x 80x200cm), TV and Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen (small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster), and an air-conditioned bedroom (sleeps 2 x 80x190cm).
To top it all off, this beautiful apartment boasts an approximately 8m² SEA VIEW terrace, ideal for sunbathing or enjoying a meal overlooking the Mediterranean! A real gem for your holidays!!
Shops are 50 meters from the residence (mini-markets, restaurants, butcher, fishmonger, bakery, tobacconist, etc.).
No washing machine, pets not allowed. Free street parking.
Secure parking space available for rent at an additional cost, subject to availability.

COMMUNITY SWIMMING POOL: open from mid-April to the end of September, subject to any drought regulations.

Optional services: end-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental price; linen rental (sheets and towels, from €15 per bed) and parking rental (from €50 to €70, subject to availability) are also available.
