Waterfront Condo Conveniently Located to MCRD Beaufort and Port Royal

The perfect location for exploring the Lowcountry. We are located in a small, gated community. Only minutes to MRCD so the perfect choice for graduation families.
This space is conveniently located on the ground floor. Therefore, you may on occasion hear people above. We have provided a noise machine in the bedroom for light sleepers.
The condo includes a well equipped kitchen. We've tried to think of everything our guests might need to prepare meals. Even a large stock pot for shrimp or crab boils and a small charcoal grill on the patio. For coffee drinkers, a coffee maker or a pour over and a coffee grinder are provided. The relaxing patio is perfect for enjoying the gorgeous sun rise or an evening glass of wine.

There is a TV in both the living room and bedroom with access to YouTubeTV, which provides 85+ channels. You may log in and out of your own apps .

The only bedroom has a comfortable queen bed with a memory foam mattress. There is also a pull out sofa bed in the living room. A laundry room with stack washer and dryer for your convenience.

Food Lion is located across the street, other grocery stores are within a few miles. Port Royal has a Farmers Market every Saturday morning, year round.

For enjoying the lowcountry outdoors, the 13.6 mile Spanish Moss Trail can be accessed nearby for walking or biking. Port Royal Sands boardwalk is the perfect place to fish or try your luck at crabbing. (Note: fishing is not allowed on the condo property, as the dock is privately owned) Hunting Island State Park is South Carolina's most popular state park. It is approximately a 30 minute scenic drive.



NOTE:
Please refrain from walking on the wooden boardwalk as it is currently under construction.
Due to safety concerns we are unable to accept children. Pets are not allowed per the HOA.

NO ACCESS - the community next door called the Village at Battery Creek is OFF LIMITS to guests. This includes the pool, the firepit, the dock and common areas. Please respect this rule as we don't want to disturb the owners.

The marina spaces are private and not available. There is limited boat parking space available on a first come reservation only basis. The cost is $40 per night, with a 7 night limit. A public boat ramp is located next door.

Wonderful view!

The view of the sound was beautiful. The patio was perfect for viewing incoming storms and sunrises. The home was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained.

Great Property

Loved the property and location! Very clean and so many amenities. We were here for 4 nights, the upstairs neighbors were doing some major remodeling so noise from sanders, hammers and dragging along the floor for 2-3 days…not our idea of relaxing.

Lovely place

This place was very nice, clean and adorable. It was in a great location to see our Marine graduate and to many restaurants. We loved sitting on the patio looking at the water. We really enjoyed our stay here!!

Just the right size for one or a couple. Nicely decorated and had everything I needed for 3 days stay. Close to Parrish Island to see grandson's Marine graduation. Loved the patio to see the water. Would stay again.

Good location for a pleasant stay

Good location for site seeing for the Beaufort area. Clean well equipment unit. Beautiful sunrises right out the back door.

A breath of fresh air!

This is our third time staying at this awesome little condo- and we’ll be back! Great location, views and comfortable living and sleeping spaces! It packs a big bang for the price. Plus the owners are gracious and responsive. We are thankful to have found this “gem”.

Lovely property

It was beautiful and just what I needed for my stay. Upstairs neighbor has heavy feet but nothing too late or early. Patio was a welcome tranquil retreat looking at the water and beautiful sunrises.Sink was backed up but a minor issue for me. Landlord was appreciated of the heads up and quick to respond.

Recommend a permanent note on front door regarding lock. Possibly consider handrail in shower for safety. We washed 2 towels and washcloths, I thought the closet door in bathroom was locked as it had a keypad. It was very clean and convenient to Marine base. Highly recommend!!!

Anniversary

Neighbor above moved furniture and stomped around day and night. I wanted to watch tv, but the muti-remote system was above my head and Scott didn’t know much more. I was told to read about it on the listing. Still no help.

Very clean! And comfortable bed!

Fully stocked kitchen and bath!! More than enough paper towels, toliet paper, coffee and filters, trash bags etc.They thought of the small stuff! 😊 And very clean! The refrigerator/freezer is a bit on the small side but was plenty big enough for my husband and I. Be aware the coffee maker only makes 1 cup at a time but the cups are big! 12 oz I believe. The bed was very comfortable as well! We got a good nights sleep! The water pressure in the shower was amazing! We did not see a hot tub so not sure why that was listed under amenities. Very nice view over the water! We even caught glimpses of some dolphins! The back patio is only semi private though. You can see the neighbors on each side of you. It is very close to the sands beach, cypress wetlands and port royal farmers market which we visited all 3 and had an amazing time!

A great, cozy, calm experience!

This is a fantastic unit to get away to. Its a one bedroom unit, that feels bigger than it is, and has a great view of the water. Its in a very quiet community, and is super peaceful. I live in the area, but rented this as a staycation, and I am definitely not disappointed! Its right in the middle of everything, so you're far away enough that you can relax, but also close enough that you can visit pretty much anywhere in beaufort. I will definitely be back again!
