We're so happy to introduce our NEW 2 Bdrm Villa that offers a full vacation experience with access to pools, spas, tennis and an 18-hole Golf Course which received a four-star rating from Golf Digest's "Best Places to Play." We are centrally located and close to dining, shopping, casinos, festivals, museums and other desert cities. Just 8 minutes from the El Paseo strip. Take a relaxing stroll around the beautiful gated community, or set up your remote work station in a new setting!

Beautiful home and wonderful host

Such a beautiful home for my family’s desert stay, and an amazing host — communication was immediate and incredibly kind and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Property, Exceptional Host!

The property is lovely. It really has the old desert vibe while nicely updated. The grounds are beautiful! Cory is the best host we’ve ever had, and we’ve had many great ones. Cory was available to us and genuinely cared bout our experience. We’ll. be back!!!

Enjoyed wonderful welcome basket. Everything we needed for a lengthy stay. Comfortable beds. Very clean. One of top 2 properties in 5 stays at Desert Falls. Only negative was noise level from upstairs. Normal footsteps amplified. I believe this is an issue with many downstairs units at Desert Falls and not the fault of the property owner.

One of the best places I have ever rented

Excellent location in quiet, gated community. Immaculate, spacious, beautifully decorated and comfortable in every sense Well stocked kitchen with both a coffee pot and two espresso machines along with a frother and a selection of coffees and teas Bathrooms have everything you could want in the way of soaps and lotions and plenty of quality towels. Bedrooms are located at opposite ends of the condo. Beds are very comfortable and bed linens are of excellent quality. I can’t say enough about how responsive Cory was from my initial contact with him. Look no further! You will find nothing better.

Loved everything about our stay!

Cory was a great communicator and excellent host. The unit was exactly as described - spacious, and details throughout that made it comfortable and homey, yet hip and fun. We were there for a work conference but still had time to enjoy the pool and hot tub that were steps away. Truly great stay and I highly recommend!

Palm Desert Get Away

This is a beautiful property, well kept up, clean and readied by the owner to make is so enjoyable. The location of the pool and hot tub so close to the unit was an added benefit. The neighbors were friendly and by chance there was a citrus tree right outside for fresh fruit. Parking is a breeze.

Great location, extremely well equipped home. Traveling with family and an infant - this home had everything we needed and was in a really good location. As stated in the listing description, the security can be strict with entry but the host was very helpful in sorting it all out.

Enjoy the shaded patio... Cook something up on the stainless steel bbq grill. Or simply order in and relax, have yourself a nice glass of wine under the stars while listening to your favorite tunes on our classic style record player. Our villa has several comfy areas to read a book, set the kids up for remote learning, or indulge in great conversation. NO SMOKING INDOORS! We love our place and we want you to treat and love it as much as we do! Have FUN!

Directly across the street is Ralph's grocery store, a few Restaurants including Mortons Steakhouse . Just minutes away from HWY 111 where you will find PLENTY of Restaurants, bars, Shops, Antique Shops, Malls, etc.
