Spacious air-conditioned villa with pool on enclosed garden for 8 to 10 people, it is ideal for a large family. It is perfectly equipped, very comfortable and has a large solarium terrace of more than 50 m2.
The shady terrace overlooking the pool, is equipped with a large barbecue and a spacious and very friendly dining area.
The outdoor parking can accommodate up to 4 vehicles in the villa’s grounds.
The pool, secured by a rolling shutter, is facing south.
Located in a quiet residential area, the villa is 15 minutes walk from the Provençal village center of Sérignan-du-Comtat and its shops. The village is surrounded by vineyards characteristic of the Côtes du Rhône. Close to the Uchaux massif and located in the Haut-Vaucluse, the region offers many walks or bike rides.
The towns of Orange and Sainte-Cécile are nearby and each week offer a large market in the colours of Provence.
