This first-floor unit offers a hassle-free beachy paradise, ideal for families or groups seeking relaxation and comfort. Your ultimate waterfront getaway awaits!

Unwind in this stylish 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom beachy paradise in Northern Michigan. The cozy atmosphere and modern layout are designed for ultimate comfort and relaxation.

* **Bedrooms**: Two private bedrooms ensure restful nights. One room features a plush king bed, and the other has two comfortable double beds.
* **Entertainment**: Each bedroom and the living room are equipped with a 50-inch Smart Roku TV, offering streaming capabilities and local cable via the Spectrum App.
* **Bathrooms**: Three full bathrooms are fully stocked for your convenience with soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body gel, Q-tips, cotton swabs, and plenty of clean, plush white towels.

Guests will have private access to the entire 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo. Your stay also includes full access to a fantastic collection of shared resort-style amenities, including:

* A large, sparkling community swimming pool
* A relaxing community hot tub
* Direct access to the sandy beach and beautiful waterfront

A few important details to make your stay perfect:

* **Easy Access**: This is a convenient first-floor unit, so you won't have to worry about climbing stairs with your luggage.
* **View Clarification**: Please note that while the property is waterfront with direct beach access, this specific condo is located near the water but does not have a direct water view from inside the unit.

Clean, well equipped condo, with first floor access to the beach and entrance. Easy access to patio for unloading. The host Michael, was very responsive and we would highly recommend. We will back again soon.

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was spacious and perfect for our family of five — plenty of room so we never felt cramped. The private beach was just steps away and absolutely beautiful; it often felt like we had it all to ourselves. The home was nicely decorated, very clean, and had everything we needed. The boys especially loved the games, and having plenty of towels was a big plus. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was very nice, peaceful and in a wonderful location. The view of Grand Traverse Bay was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Communication with the owner Michael was extremely prompt and I would love to stay here again the next time we visit Traverse City.

Summer Vaca

The Peninsula Bay condos is an amazing place to stay when visiting Traverse City. Michael has immediate and helpful communication and was very easy to work with! We will definitely be back and hope to stay at Peninsula Bay again!!

Great Stay!

The condo itself is very clean and well maintained. The kitchen appliances are built in and look high end. We found the beds very comfortable and all accommodations exceeded expectations. Everything we needed for a relaxing visit was provided. When we had an issue with one of the locks, the owner sent someone over same day (it wasn’t urgent but he was very reaponsive). We chose this unit because of the location and amenities, but loved that the second bedroom had 2 separate beds. This isn’t easy to find and when traveling with 2 late teen/adult children this is so much better than having one person sleeping on a pull out couch in the living space. 2.5 baths was also perfect for our group. The location is central to a lot of things to do in the area. Close to dining, shopping, etc. The lake views are beautiful as well. It’s an small issue, but Hwy 31 is BUSY. It’s often difficult to get out of the parking area out onto the street if you want to turn left. We just turned right and looped around to save time, but there is a lot of traffic in this area (not heard from inside the unit, though which was great). I would definitely recommend this condo to families looking to stay in the area and would absolutely stay here again myself!

Winter retreat

This place was exactly what my family and I needed for our winter trip. It was clean, spacious and quiet. The kitchen had all the amenities included so we had less to bring with us! And when traveling with a toddler, this was a huge win! Only a 5 minute drive to downtown which was nice, but we loved staying in and enjoyed the fireplace and watching the snow come down. The check-in process was easy and communication with the host was quick. He worked with me on our changing schedule and answered my many questions within an hour! We will definitely book again!

Perfect for our Family

We loved this condo. We came to town for a funeral, not a fun vacation, but it was so clean and comfortable and perfect for our needs. Having two beds in the second bedroom is hard to find sometimes and now that our kids are preteens they loved not having to share a bed. The host was responsive and we had no issues at all. We would love to come back on a happier occasion.

Great Family Condo

Property was exactly as advertised! It was clean, well equipped, the host was very responsive, and everything worked! Each of the two bedrooms had their own master bathroom which is wonderful with 3 kids. The bedrooms were on almost opposite sides of the condo, which offered seclusion and privacy from our 3 kids (which was amazing!)- we couldn’t hear our kids blasting their movie from the other room! Even though it doesn’t have a waterfront view, the 10 steps you have to take to get to the clean beach was not an issue at all! My family had a great time and we would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful fall color trip!

Property was good. What was lacking from other VRBO stays we have had was an instruction sheet on how everything worked. Fireplace did not work and it seemed that the owner knew but waited until I questioned how to turn it on before he said that he would have a handyman check it out after we left. He also said it was not intuitive, so if it had worked we would have needed instructions. Took a while to figure out the clothes washer as we didn't know you had to pull out the "button" in order to start. Never did figure out how to turn on the over stove exhaust fan. In both bathrooms there was a note on the fan switch to make sure to turn it off. Never could hear a fan when turned on. Most of the things I figured out, but would have been nice not to have to do that. Final check-in instructions were sent six hours before our check-in and we did not see the message until we were already in the place. Should send instructions at least the day before. Still, nice place.

We fell in love with the location, space, and amenities. This is a fairly new and unique property. Enjoy a central location in the Traverse City region with nearby downtown TC only 10 minutes away. Enjoy a common area outdoor heated pool and hottub. There are two walkable water sport rental spots right off the sandy beach. We love the walkout on the ground level allowing quick and easy access to the sandy beach. Perfect for families!
