Our stay was everything we hoped for. Lisa was in constant contact with us. She is a wonderful asset to the property. The condo was just as described. Great shopping is just out the door and around the corner.

The kitchen was reasonably well furnished with coffee makers, toaster, pots, pans, utensils, etc. The master bedroom had a nice king size bed, the other bedroom a full and a twin instead of a queen (at least), which was a bit of a downer. The cable tv was abysmal--not only were the available programs limited, but there was no way to use our own Netflix, Prime, Hulu, or similar account to watch something more interesting, because the tv was not "smart". The decor was so-so, and some lighting was either too bright (and not adjustable) or almost non-existent, no happy medium. The living room furniture, although not stylish, was generally comfortable. A few games were provided as well as decks of cards. The location was terrific, but the "view of the bay" was very limited.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this rental. The location is minutes from anywhere you want to go! It has new flooring from the last time we stayed in the living room, dining room and hallway. It was spotless and requirements on check out are minimal. This is the place you want to stay! We will be back!!

We had a great stay! Very close to Front Street and shops/dining. The condo was plenty spacious and the kitchen was equipped for cooking in. Lisa met us at the property for a tour and was so helpful!

Lisa was incredible! This is the only VRBO where we were greated to the property. She was knowledgeable and provided us with restaurant suggestions. She also cleaned the condo extremely well. This was by far the cleanest vrbo in our experience. It was a fantastic stay.

One of the best!

I have stayed in dozens of VRBOs over the years, and this is one of the best. Communication with the property manager was fantastic, check-in was easy, instructions were clear for parking and other procedures, and the property itself was very clean and well appointed. There was even a basket of snacks and water in the fridge. The location is very convenient to downtown Traverse City, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Interlochen, and other local attractions. Note that this is a ground floor property next to the parking lot, so there will be some noise, but it was very quiet overnight. The blinds in the bedrooms only filter light, so if you're sensitive and/or are an early-to-bed type, you might want to bring a sleep mask (my spouse used one; I did not). We would 100% stay here again!

From the bed rails to add to the bed so the kids wouldn't roll off, to the breeze of the check in & out, this stay was perfect for our family. The location was great and the park right behind the complex was the kids' favorite part.

A Perfect Cozy Home Away From Home!

This cozy gettaway was in a perfect location, only a few minutes walk from some Awesome restaurants and souvenir shops. Lisa our Hostess was the Best! She greeted us immediately, even gave us a walk-thru tour of the condo which we really appreciated! My sister and i loved having 2 bathrooms in the place. Lisa even recommended some restaurants.

AWESOME

Spent the weekend for granddaughter's wedding. The condo was the perfect place to stay. So clean, so well stocked, everything you would need. It was so comfortable, walked right in from parking lot. Everyone who came by said they would definitely rent this particular condo anytime in Traverse City. Lisa was so helpful at check-in. Very close to restaurants & shopping. Loved it!

Clean and convenient

Great, ground-floor condo. Clean throughout and abundant water pressure. The queen bed in the ensuite was comfortable. We bicycled around lovely Boardman Lake which is quite close by and through the quaint neighborhoods. Several restaurants are within walking distance.

Great stay in Traverse City

This is a beautiful condo in walking distance to downtown. The condo was spacious and met all of our needs. Communication was great. The owners even left us some snacks on the counter that we enjoyed.
