Welcome to Once Upon A Tide, a beautifully appointed direct beachfront townhome on Navarre Beach offering panoramic Gulf views, a three-level layout, and a private elevator for easy access to every floor. Designed for comfort and convenience, the main level features a chef’s kitchen with granite countertops, modern appliances, and a large island perfect for preparing meals and gathering together. The open-concept living area includes a queen sleeper sofa and Smart TV, while a double queen bedroom with private en-suite bath offers ideal accommodations for guests seeking first-level privacy.

The upper level hosts the Gulf-front master suite with a king bed, spa-style bath, walk-in closet, and private balcony for sunrise coffee. Two twin bunks are cleverly tucked into the master closet for additional sleeping space. A second upstairs bedroom includes a queen bed, private bath, and a washer/dryer in the hallway. It's a very nice place! We had a few technical difficulties. Nothing major. Replacing batteries in tv remotes. Had issues with hot water in one of the bathrooms and dishwasher was leaking a little. They sent someone out the same day to fix it. And parking was a little tight. Other than that really had a great time. Awsome views! Very clean and elevator was great for getting luggage to top floors. We really enjoyed our time there. I will definitely come back again.

8 of us stayed here for a one-week family vacation and it was a really nice stay. The house is very well equipped in terms of kitchen, furniture, bedding, towels, etc. And the ocean view is exactly what you see here. The place was very clean and overall made for a comfy, convenient time.

The property was exactly as advertised. The elevator and beach access convenience were the main reasons for choosing this property. Unfortunately, the elevator was not functioning during our stay which is why we gave it 4 out of 5 stars. The property was more than enough space for 6 adults and 2 kids. Minor inconveniences include unlabeled light switches which none of us could figure out what they did. The 3rd and 1st floor maintained a consistent temperature but the 2nd floor was warmer. No complaints on bed comfort.

Wonderful place with beach view from 2 levels, and a 3rd patio under the others. Love the direct access to the beach. The bedrooms were nice and roomy, well equipt kitchen (x2), laundry room (x2), góod sized living room, and the elevator was a nice extra. I have COPD, and it saved me huffing and puffing up and down the stairs. Would have liked to have had a larger table so the whole family (12 of us) could sit together to eat, but when that is the worst I can think of...When the battery died in one of the locks, they were on it that day and replaced it. There was still 2 ways to access the room it was on (1st floor) so I let them know it wasn't a "need", but they still took care of it asap.We love Navarre Beach, and this was a perfect way to enjoy 5 days of peaceful bliss!!!Thank y'all

Short trip

This was our first time staying in something besides a condo. We loved it, super easy beach access and a perfect balcony to relax on. We will definitely be back in the future.

Location/view excellent. Space was solid and had everything we needed for a fun filled week by beach. Came with beach chairs and other castle building buckets. Id imagined more of a house but it was a three story part of a quadplex. Worked out well since we each had a floor to peel away but all hung out on second. Equipped with elevator which was great foe heavy bags to top floors.Parking was a bit obtuse and we were repremanded by neighbors at first but figured it out. Dryer at the third level didn't work so that may need to be addressed. Had some issue with patio door, but they came out and fixed it quickly. There was a bird nest right by front door which was a little interesting. Overall, solid stay a day would recommend, especially if focus is beach location without a lot of traffic.

We loved the house. It was perfect for everyone especially the ones that couldn't do stairs. The house furnished with everything we needed. Will definitely go back.

Another Beautiful trip to Navarre

Yearly trip to the beach with kids, spouses and grandkids. Debbie missed us so the weeks weather was almost perfect. Accommodations were great with beach front access. Older unit but served the purpose and the elevator was a saving grace as I have recently had knee replacement surgery.

Great week at the beach!

This townhouse was exactly as previewed by owner pictures. Location and easy access to the gulf was perfect for multi-generational family members. 3 levels, multiple sleeping arrangements and 4 full bathrooms helped the week be a BIG success. We would definitely recommend.

Did not disappoint!

We enjoyed our stay very much! This townhouse is amazing and it’s proximity to the water can’t be beat. Everything was very clean, updated and kitchen is well stocked if you choose to cook. Even found a good amount of shells which is not always the case on Navarre. Would definitely return.

Beautiful Gulf-front location

Perfect for the 4 of us. Each bedroom had its own full bath. Good layout. Full, well-stocked kitchen(s). Seemed like it was recently remodeled. Nice furnishings, etc. Great access to the beach. Great view of the water. Elevator was very helpful for a couple guests with mobility issues.

Overall our stay was fair… The accommodations were as described…Negatives were very uncomfortable and noisy ( mattress springs) beds… The kitchen had an oven with a worn out, (taped on) control pad.Value for the cost was not what I anticipated!

What a strange review. This is a beautiful direct beachfront townhome that has been loved by almost every guest we have had. We have not had a bed complaint or really any other significant complaints. I am not sure what the guest was anticipating, perhaps they had weather they did not hope for or something else going on in their lives, but this is an excellent property - please read the other reviews. Vacation Paradise

We had an amazing week! The unit is beautiful and had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. The elevator was very helpful in getting groceries and luggage into the unit. The rental staff could not have been more helpful. We had a problem with the 2nd floor microwave, I called property management and within a couple of hours a replacement microwave was provided. Very convenient to restaurants, beach, shopping, etc...The beaches of Navarre are ABSOLUTELY STUNNING and very well maintained!

I recently stayed at this VRBO and was surprised to receive a “what to pack” email from management —after booking—that basic necessities like toilet paper, trash bags for the kitchen trashcans, and dishwasher pods for the dishwasher were not included beyond a small starter supply. I believe this information should be disclosed before booking, not after, and when booking VRBO’s in the future, I will prioritize homes where the nightly rate includes these items. These small additions would cost very little compared to the rental price but would make a big difference for guests, particularly those flying in who can’t easily bring household items with them. That said, the house itself was great—comfortable, well-furnished, and conveniently close to the beach.

Excellent location but not luxury

Unit in mid 1980's 4-plex on main drag on Navarre Beach. Showing some signs of age- outdoor furniture not great quality, plastic front of oven had melted off and was taped on. Beach chairs and beach toys were of poor quality and thrown in a pile in garage for us to sort through. Difficult to impossible to park 3 cars legally. Kitchen very well stocked. Indoor furniture in good shape. Elevator works well but is accessed through first level living quarters- privacy issues. Beach is very close and perfect. Remember you are sharing the main outdoor area looking out at water with 3 other units. We had a group of 6 recent college graduates on a graduation trip together two units down. They were very respectful but could have been very challenging. Great to bike along Seashore trail all the way to Pensacola. No real restaurants on that part of the beach so you will have to go over bridge to eat out. All in all a good stay but the 3 couples (siblings, spouses and 90 year old aunt) will likely get a nicer place next time.

Pretty tough review to be honest. This is a great beachfront townhome, with 3 levels, elevator, plenty of parking (I am not sure what their issue was). I would read the other reviews. What he describes as "luxury" would be double in price. There is some beneficial aspects of the review such as describing the beach, bike trail, kitchen, and indoor furniture - the rest is a pretty harsh critique of a very well loved beachfront townhome. A 3 star rating is frankly ridiculous. Regards, Gulf Coast Getaways

Perfect Location .Right on the beach ,Friends and family loved this location .

The location is beautiful We enjoyed every day of stay .Kids and Adults both enjoyed the lovely time we had and it takes only 10 seconds to reach the beach .This is Amazing!!! The bedrooms are good ,clean and nothing to complain. Overall we enjoyed the stay .
