The Home: New (2021) construction: The nicest 5 bd Townhome with best location in Downtown Winter Park. Corner / end-unit with 180 degree views that's attached to the esteemed Rendezvous Center. The jewel development of town. Sleeps 12 via 7 beds (4 Kings, 2 Queens, 1 Twin XL).

The Location: Watch concerts from your own private hot-tub. Walk 1-3 blocks to reach the best restaurants and bars in Winter Park. Stroll across the street to take your kids to the park. Ride 0.5 miles to the best XC Mountain Bike Riding in Winter Park. Walk 1 block to catch The Lift (free shuttle) to Winter Park Resort / Trestle, or ride/drive the 2.9 miles.

The Amenities: Private 7-person rooftop Passion hot tub and private fire pit. Luxury bedding (Nectar and Purple Mattress'), 6 brand-new Roku Smart HDTVs (75", 65", 4 x 50"). Beautiful Clean home and close to everything

Had a wonderful time with our two boys very relaxing and was the perfect home for that and a lot to do in town with great restaurants and skiing close. Highly recommend!!!

Great place to stay

Great location in downtown. Luxury throughout, very clean, top of the line amenities and finishing touches. The garage space is a plus with the snow and loading and unloading.

Winter Park family vacation 2025

Amazing home! Perfect location! Well appointed kitchen! Comfortable in every way! The owners were so accommodating allowing us to check in a little early so my grandson could rest after a long flight and drive. They were very responsive and checked to make sure we got into the property without issue and were available via text. A definite must stay if you are in that area and we would definitely stay again!

What an amazing condo!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful condo! When we arrived it was spotlessly clean, easy check in and the location was so much fun for all of us! The rooftop deck is amazing and hot tub was so nice and clean! Kitchen had everything we could have needed and all of the appliances worked beautifully. We could walk to anything we wanted or needed and we loved the concerts in Hideaway Lark across the street in the evenings! Loved our stay!

Perfect Home and Stay!

This was such a perfect house! I loved the style and the location couldn't have been better. Definitely the best house I've picked in Winter Park. I usually like trying different houses each time I travel, but next time we come back to Winter park, I'll definitely book here again.

AMAZING Property

Richly appointed home with many thoughtful amenities. The property had everything needed for an amazing stay. Fully stocked open kitchen with incredible mountain views, every bedroom was well appointed and we loved the rooftop deck with the BBQ, jacuzzi and fire pit. Great location, highly recommend for summer and winter stays.

Awesome condo and great hosts!

Morgan and Alex have a great condo and the location is probably the best in Winter Park. They have it fully stocked with everything you need for a great stay. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of riding Trestle Bike Park. We'll definitely be back.

Beautiful home!

The home was clean, comfortable and a perfect size for our family of 10! It had everything we needed! It was nice spending evenings on the deck in the hot tub and around the fire. We loved the park across the street and the restaurants close by. I highly recommend this beautiful home!

Great Winter Park home

Really nice property with plenty of modern touches which make things comfortable and easy. Smart TVs in all rooms, heated floors, electric blinds and fireplace, etc. Quick communication from the host who made sure our stay was as nice as possible

Perfect Spot

Me and my friends stayed here and went to lake granby! This is a great place to stay. The house was so spacious and clean. It is right on the main road and there are plenty of restaurants and shops just a few minutes away. There was free parking nearby and there were also spots for our cars. Amazing stay and would come back again if I make it back to the denver area/winter park!!

They've thought of everything!

This house is amazing! Location is great and they have left no stone unturned as far as setting up the home with all the top notch bells and whistles. Owners were available for any questions. We would absolutely return for another family vacation !

Wow - felt like we were in a 5 Star Resort.

Truly amazing property and fabulous experience! From the views from the beautiful one-of-a-kind roof top deck to the resort like furnishings and professional and friendly service we couldn’t have asked for anything more! Our out-of-state family was blown away and can’t wait to visit again. Amazing property for summer fun and can’t wait to return for ski season. Hands down our best Colorado VRBO stay in over 15 years. Stunning Mountain Stay

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rendezvous! The pictures do not do it justice. The large windows in every room allow for so much natural light and incredible views! Close walk to everything downtown. Hosts were fantastic! Great communication and a cute welcome basket full of treats and tons of local information and tips. Would definitely stay here again next time. ❤️

This home had everything we needed for a family vacation. It is beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. We spent most of our time on the deck which has great views. The park across the street provided a great space for the kids to play (young and older) and you can watch them from the comfort of your deck!! Host was very pleasant and responsive. Wonderful Stay in the Mountains of Winter Park

Thank you Alex and Morgan for sharing your spectacular home with us. There were so many personal touches that made our stay very seamless. From the wonderful high quality beds, towels, kitchen amenities and top deck jacuzzi, to the stocked staples in the fridge - we took advantage of all of it. The location also made it ideal for walking to dinners, short drives to the mountain for biking and disc golf and easy access to Clear Creek for Class IV exciting river rafting. Would love to come back!
