Thank you for sharing your feedback, Tarci. We’re glad you found the property clean, but we sincerely apologize for the noise disturbance and the safety concern involving the loose toe kick on the step. We understand how frustrating it must have been to experience such disruptive noise during your stay. We reached out to the neighbors to address the issue, and they could have reported the disturbance to the appropriate authorities if the town’s quiet hours were being violated. We’re sorry that these issues affected your ability to relax and enjoy your stay. We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention, as your feedback helps us identify areas where we can improve the guest experience.
