Spend your next vacation in a clean, comfortable townhome with all the amenities, including being on the Frostwood ski run/fairway of the Canyons Golf Course, a large private deck and private hot tub with great mountain views and ski-in/walk out access.
Walk to lifts and anywhere in the Canyons. You are within 500 steps of the Frostwood Gondola (or walk out the back door and ski down), Cabriolet lift, the Canyons & Park City transit stops and the golf course. You are a 5 minute walk from the shops, restaurants and lifts at the Canyons base. But why walk when you can catch the FREE, on-demand shuttle at your doorstep (Canyons Connect - like free uber for the Canyons area). It will take you (and all your gear) anywhere in the Canyons area including right to the base lifts.

The unit has 2 bedrooms with comfy king beds. The large loft has 2 queen beds. You'll enjoy high thread count sheets and plush towels. There are 2 full baths. One has 2 dressing areas with separate vanities. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and all the items you'll need for cooking. There is a large dining table - both inside and out. The huge deck backs up to a creek and fairway/ Frostwood ski run and has a large gas firepit. It's a perfect spot with a mountain view for coffee, dining al fresco or apre ski. And don't forget the private hot tub with mountain views.

Nearby you'll find the community pool (summer only), a community hot tub, tennis counts, the golf course, and countless trails for biking and hiking - and of course, skiing.

This was the worst experience. We could not enter because the keypad didn’t work. What kind of host is not available during check-in hours? No response to messages, nor to VRBO customer service help calling many times. So much money and planning ruined. Review score means nothing if they can’t even be available. Eventually got a refund but the whole night was derailed due to the host being unreliable and unprofessional.

Ski trip with friends

Great location in Canyons, easy access to lifts, the bus to Park City, and walkable Canyons restaurants. The condo is well-outfitted and very clean. Two minor items were dropped off within hours of our request. We would rent again for our next Park City trip.

Easy check in process. Everything is in working order. Unit is nicely appointed and well equipped. Make sure to read the binder in the unit with info on how to ski in & out. We enjoyed the hot tub after skiing! Great experience!

Annual Ski Trip

Enjoyed our time at The Canyons and Park City. The condo was comfortable and well equipped for us. We cooked in most nights which was great. The private hit tub was a treat after skiing all day. It isn’t exactly ski in/ski out as we has to carry our skis out behind the condo and up some stairs to get to the slope down to the gondola. Took us a bit to figure that out. Once we did it was ok. Liz was very responsive to our questions and was a great host. Enjoyed Park City!

Great Unit

We had a wonderful sty at this townhome! It was plenty of space for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. We cooked some meals in the kitchen and enjoyed the private hot tub. The beds were comfortable, the unit was clean, Liz was very responsive, and the W/D a big plus. There was a ton of snow before and during our stay (40 inches in 7 days) and that made the back path impassable. There was no ski in/out option. I felt that should have been mentioned in the listing. Although it is possible to walk to the cabriolet list or village, it is not a realistic walk in ski boots carrying skis, and definitely not with children. We loved the fresh powder, but didn't love driving to the cabriolet parking lot every day.

Overall positive experience, somewhat lacking on cleanliness

At first glance, the property seemed great. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of dishes to get us through meals. The grill looked like it had never been cleaned and was not functioning properly (the temperature was too hot no matter where the knobs were set). There was visible dust on one of the headboards in the bedroom. In multiple places, we found clothing items that had been left behind (some dirty). When I swept the kitchen, chunks of food that did not match anything we had used came out from under the cabinets. The swimming pool was in desperate need of a cleaning as well. The location was great, as we were attending an event that used the Cabriolet lift, which was a quick walk, even with small children.

Wonderful time

Owner was very helpful and very available answering questions and making suggestions before, after and during our trip. Accommodations were very comfortable and would choose this property if we come back. Great room when we were all together and great private rooms to wind down privately at end of day.

Midwest Skiers in Park City ;)

We had a fun time in Park City and this property was a great fit. We had 4 adults and the facility is perfect for that size. There are two more beds upstairs that you could actually get 2-4 more people in but it would have been crowded if we had these extra people. Ski In-Ski Out was good. The trail out the back is a little challenging to walk up but it works. Overall - Liz & Brian are good hosts and the place was perfect for what we were looking for so I would give this a high grade.

Comfortable townhouse in a great Canyons location

We loved the property. It was spacious and also felt very cozy. Kitchen is nice size and everything we needed was there. Bedrooms were good sized and king and queen beds were great. Smart TVs enabled us to have down time with our favorite shows. The entry way area was perfect for our boots coats and winter gear. Loved the fireplace too. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Property

The location of this property was great. It was well stocked and very comfortable. The owners were very responsive and even contacted us to let us know what was going on around the resort for our stay. We will stay again for sure.

Super cute with a great view

We had a great time staying here. There was lots of space; it was newly rehabbed - good beds, towels, sheets and cooking supplies; and it had a great view from the patio. We loved eating outside! It was very convenient to lots of things - golf course, lifts, mini golf for my kid, walk to the pool and hot tub. Also easy to get around Park City. We'd definitely stay here again during any season. We've never been to PC, and the host was very responsive and helpful - made us feel comfortable.
