Mont Vernon district, in a secure residence, a few steps from Orient Bay beach and 5 minutes from all shops This studio located on the ground floor is composed of an entrance with an equipped and fitted kitchen, a bathroom with wc, a sleeping area (king size bed 200x200) with dressing room and a comfortable living room overlooking a deck terrace where you can relax while contemplating the sea and listening to the sound of the waves. You will have all the comforts to spend a relaxing holiday: air conditioning, fiber internet, smart tv, washing machine .... You will also have access to the immense shared swimming pool with 3 basins of the residence located opposite the beach (open all year from 8am to 6pm). You also have access to the non-nominative car park of the residence to park your rental vehicle. On your arrival , small welcome attentions await you . Cleaning and linen are included in the stay.
