Designed with an inviting open floor plan, the living room boasts a large sofa, a piano, and a big dining table accommodating six guests. You'll love the private terrace with homely seating areas to relax and bask in the sunshine during those sunny days.

In the fully equipped kitchen, you'll find everything you need to whip up delicious meals, from a stove and oven to a microwave and essential cookware and cutlery.

The apartment offers three inviting bedrooms for a peaceful night's sleep. The main bedroom features a comfortable couch queen bed, a large cabinet that has a washer and a bathroom with a shower and toilets. Downstairs, the second bedroom has a homely double bed, and the third bedroom is equipped with two single beds. All beds are adorned with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure your utmost comfort.

A second bathroom is downstairs too, equipped with a bath, and a cabinet and the toilets are separated. The two bathrooms are thoughtfully stocked with all necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

20th Arrondissement is an excellent location for exploring Paris. The Place de la Nation, Parc de Belleville, Père Lachaise Cemetery, Tomb of Jim Morrison, Saint-Ambroise, Paris, Great Mosque of Bagnolet, Belvédère de Belleville, and Square des Amandiers are all nearby. The Gambetta station is only steps away, and the Pelleport station is only a 7-minute away. The Paris Gare de Lyon station is only 3.2 km away. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants and bars, such as La Bellevilloise, Le Perchoir, and La Maroquinerie. Cafes, such as Chez Prosper and Moncœur Belleville, are also nearby.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Couronnes, is just a 1-minute walk.

Orly Airport is approximately a 40-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
