You will be seduced by our spacious 50 sqm apartment that can welcome up to 6 guests. Fully equipped, portable A/C, well designed it has several advantages that would allow you to enjoy perfect stay in Paris! The refurbished apartment is composed by a living room with kitchen and dining area, 2 large bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 separate restroom and a private fitted out patio!

The location is one of the most lively areas of the city, close Champs-Élysées, Arc de Triomphe, Louvre.
Prime location, with great cafe, restaurants, bars around. As well as catering, local traditional Parisian market and perfect place for shopping.

Amazing location!

This small efficiency apartment was located just minutes from the metro and the Arc de Triompe. We had five adults and for what we needed, it was enough space. It was not the cleanest place we ever stayed, but it was clean enough. They were amazing arranging for early drop off of bags and held our bags for us until our flight after we had already checked out. The biggest issue was that the only shower overflowed onto the floor of the bathroom. This got so bad it actually leaked into one of the bedrooms. We did tell Laurent about it and he said he would have someone take a look at it.

Good place for a quick stay and great neighborhood

I booked this rental as my daughter lives close by and has a tiny apartment with no room for me to stay. This is a great neighborhood as it has good and easy metro access to everything and is more of a locals area so it’s more mellow and easier to get into restaurants and do some shopping. You are out of the tourist fray here. The place is cute and comfortable. It has all the basics. They have been doing remodeling and you can tell that a bit but it’s all fine. The two things though are that it’s a place you will want to put down your bags, be able to have a good bedroom and shower (great water pressure and hot water!). But it’s not really set up to be a good hanging out place. So if you want to be busy with activities and this is your place to crash, then it’s good. The other is really a Paris thing universally but walls are thinner and this unit is right by the front door. Some other guests (the building is all vacation rental units) are not very courteous and talk right at the front door too loudly or right outside the windows or slam the door. So depending on the guests at the time this could be going on. But otherwise it is very quiet here as it is set back from the street and that is really nice. It has all the basics covered and is good but it’s not luxe.

Beautiful Paris apartment

We booked Villa Poncelet on a whim. We were in Versailles, but decided we wanted a night in Paris proper. Laurent was very responsive and accommodating. The apartment is in a great location on the most adorable Paris street. It was very roomy and great for me, my husband.and two teen boys. Very roomy for Paris! Beautifully decorated and an outdoor patio! The walls are thin and we could hear our neighbors, but it was only a minor inconvenience. Would definitely stay here again!
