Welcome to Hello Sunshine. A well-appointed Luxury Rental nestled on a quiet street in Crescent Beach just a 2 minute walk to the Atlantic Ocean.

This spacious 4 bedroom home offers a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite counter tops. The open floor plan provides your family with the space they need without feeling too far apart. Relax on the screened in back deck and listen to the waves as you enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Feel free to cook a gourmet meal for your family in the kitchen, order in, or walk down to one of the nearby restaurants.

Downstairs you will find 1 large bedroom with 2 Queen beds and a semi-private full bath. Upstairs the Master Suite has a King bed and a private bathroom. The 3rd Bedroom has a Queen Bed and a Jack and Jill bath with the 4th bedroom which has a two sets of Twin over Full Bed beds.

You will have your own brand new private pool and spa downstairs. The pool measures approximately 12' x 28' and the spa is 8' x 12' and can accommodate up to 10 bathers. Pool can be heated in cooler months for an additional fee.

Worry and stress-free, immaculate Beachhouse!

The property was perfect. The beach house was immaculate and beautifully decorated. You could tell someone put their heart into the decor. The host was super responsive to our questions and needs. The pollen was heavy when we went and he had the pool cleaners come back over and do an additional clean.It was a wonderful vacation.

Wonderful House and Close to Beach!

We enjoyed our stay and the house was wonderful. The pool was fun and the hot tub was hot and relaxing. It's a short walk to the beach and in a great location.

Perfect beach house

We enjoyed our stay at Sunshine house and would definitely book again. Great location, close to the beach and the pool was perfect for very hot days/nights. Looks just like the photos and had everything we needed!

Great place to stay

Summer vacation

Great place to stay. It has everything one would need for a great vacation. Enjoyed a short walk to the beach and coming back to a nice swim in the pool. Accommodations were exactly as advertised or even better. Definitely would rent again.

Great getaway

Bills place was very accommodating and he was very easy to get in touch with should any inconveniences arise. Great location to shopping and beach. Overall I would recommend his vacation home to friends or family.

Amazing Location and House

The house was amazing. We had 12 people including kids and there was plenty of room in the house and the POOL! I would absolutely book the house again! Bill was amazing with answering questions quickly. The house had many items already so made purchasing things nicer!! Thanks again! 5 stars all the way!

Perfect beach stay!

I rented this place for my boyfriends 30th birthday and we had a fantastic time with all of our friends. The property is so close to the beach, the pool and spa were awesome. There was more than enough room for everyone and the entire house was so well stocked. I’ve never had a rental with so many extra items it felt like our home away from home. Would definitely recommend and would definitely book again! Bill was extremely helpful and very responsive and informative ensuring we had a great experience. Thank you again Bill!

Absolutely Perfect

This house was everything we expected and more !! Excellent location, quiet neighborhood with a 3 minutes walk to the beach. The house was equipped with anything you would ever need on vacation and it was very clean and comfortable. The pool and spa where a big hit with all of the family, it was spacious and very clean. Everything was updated and modern. The beds are all very comfortable and cozy. They even supplied the beach chairs w/ an umbrella. We would definitely rent this house again.

I cannot tell you how much we enjoyed this house. It is obvious that the owners love it by the attention to detail: full spice cabinet, extra laundry detergent, trash bags, small vacuum and cleaning supplies available, VERY comfortable beds (even the bunk beds are comfortable). The walk to the beach is very short. Our 2 and 3 year olds walked it with their 74 year old grandpa. The pool and spa are perfect. There is plenty of parking and easy access to everything. This is away from the business of Myrtle Beach proper, but only a few minutes drive to most anything. I’ve never been a big fan of Myrtle Beach but this trip changed my tune.

As described friendly host

Bill was super friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to make the trip extra fun for us. House was as described. We did get there earlier then the checking time since we drove all night long due to having tons of kids in tow(9 kids). Since checkin wasn't until 3 and the cleaning crew hadn't been by yet we sat on the downstairs porch to just relax after the 14hr drive and walked to the beach to have fun! Only complaint I'd have would be to have more kitchen items...we had a group of 14 and we eat in all week to do extra activities outside the home so it was hard to feed us all with limited pans/silverware but we managed

Quiet & Less Crowded

It was our first time in the Myrtle Beach area. We decided to stay at this property away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Myrtle Beach. The house was adequate to fit two families with a total of 5 kids. It had all the basic amenities needed for a week-long stay. The rooms, beds, beddings, pillows, blankets were comfortable and clean. We appreciated the clean towels as well. However, there were certain areas that needed attention. These were a dirty kitchen floor, unclean cutlery/utensils/dishes, dirty dishwasher with food remnants and the filter not properly attached, and arriving to full garbage bins and tons of flies. I believe these could have been minimized if the previous renters did their part of cleaning a little bit before checking-out. Overall, it was a very good stay. Bill communicated adequately and provided instructions prior to our stay.

Beautiful Vacation Home

We had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful home. The house is really well equipped and had everything to make us feel right at home. It is also beautifully decorated with a coastal theme. The host, Bill, was really quick to communicate and very helpful as he gave us tips about the area (places to eat, good time to go to the beach etc). Our entire family from grandparents to kids really enjoyed our vacation in North Myrtle Beach. The location of the house is also great. It is a short walk to the beach, so it was really easy to get everyone (including a toddler) to walk there. This is a great house, and would be a definite repeat vacation home.

Great vacation for everyone!

Easy walk to the beach and a quiet neighborhood. Pictures describe the property well. The property owner answered all my questions and was extremely helpful overall. Beds were really comfortable and you can tell the owners care about their home.

Exactly as listed

Bill, our host, was readily available and answered all our questions prior to arrival. Checking in and out was a breeze. The home is beautiful and plenty big for our family of 9. 5 adults and 4 teenagers. Close to the beach it was an easy direct walk even with carrying chairs and umbrellas. The house came fully outfitted with every amenity from breakfast to dinner. 2 coffee makers, pots/pans, spices, washer and dryer and beverage refrigerator. Towels and linens were clean and nice.
