To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for you and my future guests, please take a moment to review my house rules before booking. Thank you!
1. The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old and be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum occupancy is strictly limited to 8 guests of any age; all guests must be listed on the reservation.
3. Provide a credit card on file with a $300 pre-authorization Hold.
4. Booking Requirements: A signed rental agreement, a photo ID matching the credit card on file, a valid phone number, a complete guest list, and a $300 pre-authorization Hold are required to confirm your reservation.
5. Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
6. No parties, events, pets, fireworks, or controlled substances are permitted.
7. House as-is; guests are liable for rule violations resulting in a refund for future guests.
8. Parking: Up to 4 vehicles; no parking under the house
9. Check-in after 4:00 p.m., check-out before 10:00 a.m.; late checkout fees apply
10. Commercial photography and filming require pre-approval.
11. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a $500 cleaning fee.
12. $75 fee to return lost guest items; no luggage storage
13. Report cleanliness issues within 2 hours of arrival or forfeit further complaints.

The Space

The open-concept living area features chic, coastal décor and a comfortable sectional sofa where your group can gather. Unwind after a day at the beach by streaming your favorite shows on the 65” Smart TV, all while staying connected with high-speed Wi-Fi.
Your home-away-from-home includes:

• Outdoor Living: Enjoy the ocean breeze from two furnished porches, or relax in the expansive covered living area on the ground floor. This fantastic space features a hammock, comfortable lounge seating, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
Guest Access
Enjoy a seamless arrival with keyless self-check-in. Your unique door code will be the last four digits of your booking phone number, allowing you to access the property any time after 4:00 p.m. on your arrival day. For your security, the door automatically locks after 10 minutes.

My home is situated in a peaceful, private neighborhood in North Myrtle Beach. You're just a quick 0.33-mile walk from the sandy shores of the Atlantic and minutes away from the area's best attractions.
Explore the local area:
• Golf: You're surrounded by top-rated courses, including Beachwood Golf Club, Azalea Sands Golf Club, and the courses at Barefoot Landing, all within a 6-minute drive.
• Family Fun: Enjoy mini-golf, bowling, Alligator Adventure, and the Pavilion Amusement Park, all just a short drive away.
• Shopping & Dining: Discover Barefoot Landing (5 min drive) for unique shops, the Alabama Theater, House of Blues, and Duplin Winery. Countless local restaurants and cafes are just minutes away.
Getting Around
Free parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway. Please note that parking is not permitted under the house. The beach, local shops, and several restaurants are easily accessible on foot, and the Grand Strand Airport (CRE) is only a 3-minute drive away.
Important Information
• Owner-Managed: I take pride in my home and am here to help if you have any questions or need assistance during your stay.
• Neighborhood Restriction: Please be aware that motorcycles are not permitted in this neighborhood.
• Check-in/Out: Check-in is after 4:00 p.m., and check-out is before 10:00 a.m. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a fee for my waiting cleaner.
• Amenities: The home is equipped with a washer and dryer, an EV charger (40A Level 2 for authorized guests), and both indoor and outdoor games.
• Safety: For your safety, the property is equipped with an external smart doorbell camera and an internal air quality (non-recording) detector.
• Cleanliness: Please report any cleanliness issues within 2 hours of arrival.
