It was unobstructed ocean view property. Pet friendly. Clean rooms. Property was good but didn’t provide basic amenities like shampoo, body wash. Only one toilet paper provided per bathroom for 3.5 days. Kitchen had pots and pans but no other supplies, not even salt.

While Southern provides you an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first 24 hours you would be required to supply your own once this has amount has been depleted. Everything was just as advertised and perfect for our two yorkies!Management missed giving me a code I needed and I let them know…they were very courteous with quick response.The bed in the primary was a bit too hard for us so we ended up using the 2nd bedroom and was more comfortable. The inside and out of the property was well maintained and such a laid back community everywhere we went. We hope to be back next year!

Property as Described

The views from the balcony are perfect, and the unit is an easy walk to the beach. Property is as described. Carpets in the bedroom were a bit dirty, but I think that’s to be expected at the beach. The beds needs replaced; the master bed was hard as a rock. Other than the beds and the carpet, this place is in good shape.

Beautiful Views - Needs a refresh in areas.

Beautiful beach views. Check in / out very easy. Great location away from the traffic. Overall, unit is nice, but a few areas need to be refreshed. Kitchen pots/pans / utensils need to be replaced, dishwasher needs to be attached to counter and everything in pantry needs a good cleaning. Master bath needs a good scrubbing and paint. Otherwise great week at the beach!

Simple clean sufficient

Basic nice clean two bedroom. Great view. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good water pressure and appliances. Did laundry and units did fine job. Like to see a few simple touches like a few coffee filters and coffee on site but happy with this unit. Staff was extremely prompt with misc issues we had so felt we weren’t ignored

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our week in the condo as it was great location and a nice place to stay. The walk to the beach was easy and the pool area and bathroom were nice and clean. However, we did have a lot of issues with the WiFi and the TV in the living area. The streaming was terrible and most nights we weren’t able to watch an entire show without it stopping and kicking us out of Netflix/Hulu. I tried troubleshooting, but it would only help for a short period of time. The mattresses could use some updating, also. Over all we had a wonderful time with just a few inconveniences.
