****ブルーエンジェルス航空ショーの日は2020年7月11日土曜日です。 この日の交通問題のため、この日のチェックアウトまたはチェックインは許可されません。

白い砂浜からわずか数歩の、美しい3階建ての3ベッドルームのバケーションタウンハウスにようこそ！ カバナの前面と背面の両方から注視するプールが2つあります。
（ビーチまで約175フィート。 横断する道路はありません。 コミュニティ内からのビーチへの直接アクセス！）

大人用自転車3台と子供用自転車3台が用意されています。

******* 30日以上の滞在は交渉可能です
******* 6月、7月、8月上旬には、土曜日から土曜日まで1週間の滞在が必要です。

This was our first time to stay in Pensacola Beach and we has a great stay. Thomas was a great host and answered any question we had. The place was in a great location to the beach and close to the restaurants. There was a great dog park for us to take our dog for a stay on the beach for the day. We plan on visiting again.

We had a wonderful time! The townhome was clean and comfortable and in a great location! Our unit was right between both pools as well, so we swam in the ocean during the day and the pool in the evenings. Easy walking access to the beach and just across the street from The Locals, a convenience/gift shop. We were in town for the Blue Angels show and it was absolutely phenomenal!! So much energy everywhere! No better way to experience a beach vacation! We also enjoyed the local restaurants, all the live music (including Tuesday concert), the shops, sailing, paddle boarding, parasailing, jet skiing, and swimming. It was so nice bring our pet cat Cinnamon along as well! We all had a wonderful time!

Great Owner

The property owner is excellent to work with and the property was perfect for us traveling with 4 kids. He had so much there for us to use instead of having to bring everything. Will deff recommend!

Nicely decorated, short walk to beach, nice pools

We stayed in Pensacola for a dance competition as my god daughters who were competing wanted close to the beach. The property is nice. The unit is clean and well maintained. The unit has games and beach toys as well as bicycles available. The host was easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed our stay.

Family Vacation

We had an awesome time in Pensacola Beach! The property was fantastic, so close to the Gulf! Check in process was easy and the host made sure we knew where the necessities were located. Plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 kids. The property had plenty of toys and board games for kids of all ages! If we are ever in the area again we will definitely be rebooking!

Excellent!

I stayed with my partner and three children for a 3-day stay. Thomas made the check-in process super easy. The location could not have been better. The beach is 100 yards away, max. The living room setup was great for movie night. Bathrooms were spacious, and amenities were all in working order. The garage helped a lot since we had to deal with some weather. Would absolutely use again.

Beach vacation

I took my daughters and grandchildren on a vacation to the beach. The townhouse was perfect for us! The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. A repair company had to come in during our visit. He let us know ahead of time (with a reminder the morning of) The area we were in was perfect for beach days with little ones. It wasn’t crowded at all and we didn’t have to worry about not being able to keep track of where the little ones were playing in the sand. We spent one day on Panama City Beach and I was happy to head back to where our townhouse was located to avoid the crowded beaches! Definitely hoping to go back again for next years vacation!

Wonderful family-oriented property!

We enjoyed staying here so much! The property is set up very well for families. Communication was easy. Our expectations were exceeded by everything available - beach toys, kitchen items, and so much storage space! It’s just a very short walk to the beach which was not crowded at all! Highly recommend!!

Thomas is a super nice guy We did have quite a few issues with dirty items around the house. Thomas offered to have the cleaners come in , but we were not comfortable with that Nice house, location and community

Hidden Gem

Great place to stay. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. 10 steps to the pool and 2 minute walk to the beautiful beach. Close to Pensacola Beach Proper and far enough away to be very private. I would stay again in a heart beat.

Wonderful time!

This is one of the nicer townhouses in the area. We had 7 adults (2 are young adults) and had plenty of room to spread out. There were plenty of supplies - extra toilet paper, lots of spices, condiments, and pots/pans. Quick 3 minute walk to beach through nicely landscaped common areas. Will definitely come back! areas. Loved townhome at Pensacola Beach

We enjoyed our stay at Regency Cabanas Townhome. The home was very comfortable. We had everything we needed here. It was very well stocked. The owner's communication with us was outstanding from check in to check out. He gave us excellent instructions for things in his home. When I had a question, he answered me immediately. We were very close to the beautiful beach and pools. We loved our vacation at Pensacola Beach and will return. Thank you. Tom and Lorna

Perfect for Families

This is a great property and we absolutely recommend. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. The kitchen and dining space are perfect for family meals, but the property is close to restaurants for dining out, too. The beach is just steps away, and the property has two very nice pools. The area is safe and quiet.

Extremely nice property

This place has everything you would need for a family. There were toys, puzzles, games, books, pack n plays, pool and beach equipment. Property and location are both very nice, secluded and away from the busy main area but a 5 minute drive or trolley ride away. We loved the pool and easy access to the beach. Would stay again.
