Carine & Jean-Emmanuel open the doors to you of an authentic village house dating from the end of the 19th century with a certain charm of yesteryear, fully restored with care, located in the heart of a picturesque typical village, lively & dynamic, on the edge of the main artery, close to various shops, services & leisure facilities (including playground & "agorespace" for children) on a vast property steeped in history (formerly "market gardening estate"). Nestled on the borders of Clunisois & Charollais in the hollow of the verdant Guye valley & the magnificent local bocage, nestled at the foot of a "promontory" offering an exceptional panorama of Clunisois, the Beaujolais mountains and as far as Mont-Blanc on a clear day, surrounded by several wild forest areas, Joncy has a magnificent rural setting & unspoilt nature, gentle hilly mountains combining bucolic meadows, vineyard hillsides s, wooded hills, ponds & rivers. Spacious cottage of very good comfort. Beautiful volumes. Rooms with noble dimensions.
