Laurence & Dominique welcome you to an elegant traditional 19th century farmhouse, carefully restored and revisited as a comfortable holiday home (former small family farm estate, fully renovated), located in a quiet area on the edge of a small dead-end street ("cul de sac" non-passing), in the heart of a peaceful little hamlet in the peri-urban Chalonnaise countryside, a bucolic preserved rural & wine-growing setting, alternating fields & meadows, vineyard hillsides, rivers, ponds and forests. Very quiet residential area adjoining the center of the village of Saint-Rémy (equipped with all amenities and leisure facilities), nestled on the edge of fields and hedgerows between two vast national forests (immense natural spaces, true green lungs of the territory accessible just a stone's throw away, to explore during soothing walks on foot or by mountain bike), not far from the banks of the Saône rich in a rare biotope & ecosystem protected in "Natura 2000 Zone" (fauna and flora). Many cultural, gastronomic, natural & sporting activities to discover nearby. Spacious gîte with very good comfort. Large living room. Warm contemporary character. Relaxing, zen & gentle atmosphere. Comfortable gîte nestled in an elegant traditional 19th century farmhouse of character, carefully restored, located in the heart of a peaceful residential hamlet in the peri-urban Chalon countryside, 6 km from the city center of Chalon-sur-Saône (labeled "Town of Art & History") & 3 km from the A6 (exit 26 Chalon Sud), nestled on the edge of fields & meadows, between two vast state forests, real natural "green lungs", not far from the banks of the Saône protected and classified as a "Natura 2000 Zone" for the quality of their ecosystem. Ultra-privileged location, very close to all amenities & leisure facilities as well as the surrounding gentle countryside - alternating meadows, woods, vineyards, fields and crops - on the routes of the Romanesque church circuit & several marked hiking trails (including a very rich network of "green walks" to discover in the surrounding area), 4 km from the greenway connected to the euroVélo6 (multiple varied routes accessible within ten km, including one along the famous central canal), 11 km of 2 "favorite" cycle loops winding between vineyards and nature (14 & 26 km), 11 km from the GR76 connected to the GR7, and around ten km from the first vineyards & the "Route des Grands Vins" (Côte Chalonnaise & Couchois).
